Seems luxury, but is not meeting basic expectations
Pros:

If you like biking the location is ok. The size of the room is good. Nice to have your own kitchen. Interesting view of the canal.

Cons:

Bathroom simply too small to properly use (i.e. could not even wipe our ... while sitting on the toilet - it was simply too narrow to move between the wall and sink, which was unnecessary as there would have been enough room for a normal sized bathroom if construction was planned properly (as a reponse to.their "it is just efficient" responses below - no)).
Incredibly hot in the room! We were there in spring at only 19 C outside, it's just that the room is glass windows all around with no shading, and airco non-functioning, no cooling just making loads of noise (why did we not have it fixed by the hotel? Because we almost never saw any personel at reception, so no way to tell them about any issues).
Bathroom not clean (dust layer and some pubic hairs from old guests - see pictures).
Fumehood in kitchen does not seem to do much (so room smells of food all evening - there is somehow only one single window that actually opens, out of 3 full walls of windows, so no possibility to "air things out").
Curtains not properly blinding/closing next to each other (so very bright light in the room from around 5.30 in the 'morning').
Restaurant closed, not much around for food options.
Parking expensive and not included.
Breakfast not included and not cheap either.
In all: just badly constructed and not well thought out. It might try to give a luxury vibe, but they cannot even meet simple basic standards.

Wunderbar für einen Städetrip!
Pros:

Alles war super und sauber! Gute Ausstattung, schöne Einrichtung, man hat sich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein.

Well equipped apartment not so far from the city

Cons:

Any time you had an issue you had to wait at reception before anyone came to help. No fixed staff at reception, so they needed to be called. The room wasn’t cleaned regularly, we stayed 6 nights and they only cleaned once

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor wie privacy en rust wil.
Pros:

Rustig hotel, voldoende faciliteiten op de kamer om zelf te koken. Handig dat je zelf kan uitchecken ook wanneer de balie niet bemand is. Fijn dat er niet elke dag iemand op de kamer aan je spullen komt om op te ruimen.

Cons:

Gratis parking op de site was fijn geweest. Het bestek was niet afgewassen door de vorige gast. Netflix aangeboden door het hotel zou leuk zijn aangezien niet iedereen een eigen abonnement heeft.

Confortor was too heavy- it was summer 82 degrees F- Not Janaury

No food- no coffee- no restaurant-no close to anything if you are walking Disapointing that once I found out about the location and lack of any ammenties i.e. ttrams, buses, there was no way to change my reservations even though I had called way in advance of my staff

Cons:

Du moment que les cuisines sont équipées, un four à micro-ondes est souhaitable.
Parking de l'hôtel réservé au personnel (heureusement qu'il y a un parking public à proximité)
