Pros:

Я жила в готелі майже тиждень і змогла дійсно відчути себе як вдома. Чудовий вид з вікна на заходи сонця, простора кімната, де є все необхідне. Хочу відзначити також чудову дівчину Олю на рецепції, яка супер привітно зустріла і з допомогла з усіма питаннями. Настрій після спілкування з нею завжди покращувався!

Було б добре зробити світло в кімнаті трохи яскравішим

Comfortable stay but in a remote location.....
Pros:

Great room with kitchenette. Very clean throughout.
Access to the lift to the rooms is by key only so felt secure.
Big bed with a far reaching (city) view.

Cons:

There was a TV but there are no free channels on it.
The hotel is in a remote location out of town on an industrial estate.
There is a car park, but the receptionist recommended that I should not leave anything in the car as it might get broken into. As I had paid for parking this was not very satisfactory so she said I could move my car into the staff parking area. Although I felt safe in the hotel I was of course worried for the security of my car......

Goede faciliteiten maar onpersoonlijk.
Pros:

De kamer was geschikt voor een langduriger verblijf met eigen mogelijkheden zoals keukentje en bank met tv. We hadden een kamer met mooi uitzicht. Dat is niet in alle kamers zo.

Cons:

De badkamer was erg klein en ik vond het in- en uitchecken complex en onpersoonlijk.

Enttäuschend und schmutzig!
Pros:

Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt und die Größe des Zimmers. Supermarkt in fußläufiger Nähe. Kostenloses Parken am Wochenende in Nachbarstraßen.

Cons:

Das Personal war quasi nicht existent. Beim Check-In war die Parkplatzreservierung nicht gespeichert worden. Sie hat uns dann falsche Anweisungen gegeben um in die Stadt zu kommen.
Das Zimmer war schmutzig und runtergekommen. Das Geschirr ganz dreckig und die Spülmaschine alt, rostig und ebenfalls schmutzig. Das Bad ist extrem klein und das Wasser wechselt immer zwischen heiß und kalt und ist sehr laut bei kaum Wasser. Die Plissees waren kaputt und nicht nutzbar. Melden konnte man es nirgendwo, da es kein Personal gab, auch nicht beim Checkout. Feedback-Möglichkeiten waren nicht vorhanden. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht für so einen hohen Preis und hätten Geld zurück verlangt, wenn jemand da gewesen wäre.

Pros:

Ubytování prostorné, čisté, postele pohodlné, krásný výhled. Snídaně jsme nevyužili, měli jsme svou kuchyňku. Ocenila jsem, že když se nám zpozdilo letadlo, personál byl ochotný na nás počkat, i když jsme přijeli hodinu po check in. Možnost půjčení kola. Autobusová zastávka kousek od hotelu, taktéž supermarket.

Cons:

Koupelna trochu stísněná, ale v pohodě.

Pros:

La ubicación, a sólo 9 minutos en bici desde la estación. La cocina estuvo bien equipada y la cama cómoda.

Cons:

El horno fue demasiado complicado y no supimos poner la televisión holandesa. Hubo bastante ruido de noche desde el bar de la isla de en frente.

Added an extra day onto our stay
Pros:

We had stayed for the whole weekend and needed to add an extra day. They were happy to accommodate and gave clear instructions on how to do so. I wish every place I stayed were as nice and kind as the staff here

Second stay, hoping to come and visit again
Pros:

Our second stay here, since this time last year. Each of the things we had previously pointed out as tiny bits of feedback were taken on board and seems to now be the standard across all rooms, as even a friend of ours' room had the same changes. We had a small issue with the shower leaking, but it was rectified within a couple of hours of reporting it, and I honestly couldn't have been happier considering the time of evening it was when I reported it. The room was very clean, the view was very nice, and they were happy to accommodate.

Cons:

Nothing, all was fine. And I'm not just saying that either, I have no bad points to raise
