Unique garden hotel, worth the money
Pros:

A real gem this nice house with wonderful small park. And very close to Khan's Palace. Not a cheapy-option but it was worth to pay a bit more here.

Staff communicated well before arrival, quick answer.

I got upgradd to a "junior suite" with a huge bed and a huge room. Thank you.

Good buffet breakkie with many options.

Pros:

Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir ein Upgrade auf ein Superior-Doppelzimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett bequem und sehr groß. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bad waren sauber. Wir hatten auch Bademäntel bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das Hotel verfügt über einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem man sein Frühstück genießen kann und der abends auch als Restaurantbereich dient. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns geholfen, für den nächsten Tag einen Fahrer zu organisieren, der uns nach Rishtan gefahren hat, um uns die verschiedenen Keramikschulen und -werkstätten zu zeigen. Lage gut, ca 15 Minuten zu Füß vom Palast von Xudayar Khan.

Quel dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter le palais et la mosquée de Kokand. La chambre est confortable et propre. Le personnel de l’Hotel est professionnel contrairement à celui du restaurant. Le jardin est très agréable.

Cons:

Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Nous avons du attendre 1:00 avant d’être servis, sans information. Nous avions une table sale. Au bout d’1 heure on est venu nous informer que le retard était lié à la présence de groupes. Mais il s’agissait seulement de 2 petits groupes de 10 personnes environ. Comble de tout quand enfin on nous a servi nous n’avons pas eu ce que nous avions commandé. Une « délicate salade » composée de champignons avec mayonnaise s’est transformée en « délicate salade » composée de concombres et carottes… Ce n’est pas professionnel.

Für Kokand eine gute Wahl
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen bewachten Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Frühstück war gut und vielseitig. Es war ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Palast läuft man etwa 15 Minuten.

Cons:

Alles gut soweit, das Ambiente ist ggf. etwas altmodisch.

Объект находится при въезде в город.
Есть бесплатная парковка. Кристальная чистота в отеле и номере. Отличный сад при отеле, вечером и утром сидели в саду.
Номера светлые, никаких запахов неприятных не было. Персонал вежливый.
Завтраки хорошие .

Nie działało żadne z wielu gniazd usc w pokoju
Klimatyzacja miała złamane skrzydło kierujące nawiewem i wiała prosto w twarz podczas spania. Ktoś wcześniej już próbował to poprawić kawałkiem papierowej chusteczki

Un personnel aimable et attentif. Nous avions réservé un superior twin room, pour des raisons de disponibilité on nous a surclassés dans une senior suite ( environ 40 m2)...
