KI Assistent im Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat Charme. Es hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Rhein. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Super ist die Bar am Ufer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Man hat den Eindruck, daß das Hotel wenig Kontakt zu den Gästen wünscht. Buchung, check in oder check out sollten am Besten im Netz erfolgen. Man erhält mehrere Mails mit entsprechenden Aufforderungen. Ruft man im Hotel an, hat man einen KI Assistenten am Telefon. Zu einem Menschen dringt man nicht vor. Die Antworten des KI Assistenten sind nicht hilfreich.

Pros:

De mooie ruime kamer met mooi zicht

Cons:

Badkamer was nog vuil en alle afval lag er nog. Het opkuisen is pas de volgende dag echt in orde gebracht. De avond zelf kregen we we al propere handdoeken en werd het afval verwijderd

Die Lage direkt am Rhein

Cons:

Die Bahn direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Schwimmbad zu klein und ohne Lüftung.Die Sauna war zur Öffnungszeit noch kalt.Kein Toaster beim Frühstück.

Nightmare to sleep with trains passing during night

Noise of train was terrible during night, bed trembling, they even provide you with earplugs in the room.
