Endlich mal ein Zimmer ergattert - es ist sonst immer ausverkauft

Eine Unterkunft direkt am Rhein, und zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um unsere Wanderung zur Festung Ehrenbreitstein zu starten. Die Altstadt, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte waren nach kurzem Spaziergang erreichbar. Nach einem
tollen Abend in der Koblenzer Altstadt bot uns die gutsortierte Bar von Diehls und der Blick auf den Rhein und vis-à-vis der Altstadt ein gutes Ambiente vor dem
Schlafengehen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von sehr guter Qualität.

Pros:

Fabulous location right on the river with excellent views of the city. Pleasant surprise of riverside bar for afternoon refreshment with expansive lawn to the river was an excellent place to meet locals and for our dog to play. Julien was a great host.

Pros:

Als je aankomt krijg je een Wauw gevoel, maar valt achteraf ietsje tegen, het personeel is wel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer viel op het eerste zicht wel meen maar eens je de airco wil aanzetten was dat echt een probleem, de airco is zo geplaatst dat hij gewoon recht op het bed uitblaast waardoor je in de tocht van de airco ligt. Met gevolg kan je deze niet aanzetten om te slapen.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Rhein. Leider durch „Baustellen“ zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt.
Pros:

Der Blick auf den Rhein, Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer, Parken in der Parkgarage

Cons:

Rezeption und Empfang war leider sehr schlecht organisiert., wodurch der erste Eindruck des Hotels enttäuschend war.
Wir waren mit Fahrräder vor Ort und leider war dort direkt am Radweg und bei der Fahrradgarage eine Baustelle.
Außerdem hatte die Garage keine Möglichkeit zum aufladen der E-bikes.
Auch fährt die Fähre nicht!
Badewanne im Badezimmer. Keine ebenerdige Dusche .

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten, sehr schöne Terrasse zum Rhein hin

Cons:

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss lag direkt neben der Eisenbahnlinie, die direkt neben dem Hotelflur vor dem Zimmer vorbeiführt, also an die Hotelmauern anschließt. Der Zuglärm bei vorbeifahrenden Güterzügen ist vernehmbar

Das Fühstück war sehr vielseitig.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastronomie in diesem Hotel. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Der zuglärm war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Die Anbindung von einer Rheinseite zur anderen war schwierig. Schade das man die Personenfähre über den Rhein eingestellt hat, dass würde vieles erleichtern.

Der Blick auf den Rhein ,Das Schwimbad das sehr erfrischend war.Das Frühstück war mega lecker von allem was dabei.

Die Züge die hinterm Hotel entlang fahren, das ist etwas ärgerlich. Wenn man morgens bißchen ausschlafen will..Die Güterwagen sind etwas lauter.
