The room was small but fine, the staff was very kind and friendly.
The room had aircon, nice shower and a fridge.
The location is amazing, very close to the weekend night market.
Sometimes it is a bit noisy, I sometimes had loud neighbours and you hear that.

There were cockroaches in our room. We had been assigned a room on the ground floor. At night, there were people talking on the phone and playing loud games on their phones right outside the door. Motorcycles were parked directly in front of the room, so we were woken up by the sound of engines at a very early hour.
Location was good, balcony room was spacious.
Friendly staff and easy to get into the room with little hassle. Allowing us to sleep that night and pa the next day rather than going through the process at 1am

The receptionist Thu and Peter were absolutely the best! Always smiling and helpfull😍
Thu’s laugh was absolutely adorable and contagious, it instantly put us in a good mood every time we heard it.
We also used their laundry service, and it was excellent! Our clothes came back perfectly clean, fresh, and neatly folded. We were very happy with the service.
We were supposed to stay only for a night, but they Made us feel so welcomed, so we stayed instead 5 nights😊
The room was very clean and so nice, the bed was super comfortable!
If you are in Hanoi, old quarter, this is the best hotel you can find with an amazing value for money!

It had air con and an elevator.
The hotel is very poor though we should’ve expected this considering the price. We booked 1 night just as a stopover due to getting in to Hanoi at 2am from a sleeper bus. We had booked the date for the day before so we could check in at this time. Upon arrival, the staff told us they were fully booked. I explained that we had booked the night before so we could check in at that time, but he insisted they were full. Eventually he agreed to check his bookings in reception. We followed him down a small alley to the hotel, where he finally found our booking and allowed us to our room. The room was very poor, the door did not shut properly, despite the lock working. The bed was rock hard we barely slept. The room was very small, including the bathroom (when sat on the toilet our knees were crushed by the wall). There was noise all morning in the corridors which we could hear clearly in our room. Would not recommend this hotel.
