Great location and value for money
Pros:

Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. Lovely room with TV, nice bathroom.
Also we were able to sit in the lobby and leave our bags whilst waiting for our transport

El hotel bien iluminado, areas comunes con A/C.
Cierra pasadas las 12am pero siempre tienen a alguien disponible para abrir si es necesario.

Las camas son cómodas

Cons:

A mi parecer falta señalización porque en la calle hay un letrero algo pequeño que indica que ahí está el hotel, por lo que hay que entrar y cargar todas las cosas por un pasillo pequeño para llegar. La habitación es algo pequeña, la televisión no funcionaba, la puerta del baño no tenía manija por lo que rellenaron el espacio con una bolsa y le pusieron una aldaba. Las paredes son delgadas y en la noche escuchamos perfectamente la conversación de los huéspedes de a lado que iban llegando a su habitación

Chambre bien placée pour une nuit à Hanoï
Pros:

Nous sommes restéa une nuit seulement entre deux destinations. L'emplacement est super. C'est en plein dans l'action du Vieux Quartier, mais dans une ruelle un peu à l'écart et donc plus tranquille. Les employés sont très gentils et accueillants. Pour le prix payé (environ 20 dollars), c'est très bien et nous avions tout ce qu'il nous faut. La chambre est petite mais pour une nuit c'est correct.

Cons:

C'est peu insonorisé, donc vous pouvez entendre les gens quand ils sont sur le pallier.

Pros:

Staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered at a hotel, so helpful friendly and jolly. Great location and generous rooms. Peter and Tau were extremely nice.

Zeer gastvrij en heel comfortabel!
Pros:

De gastvrijheid van de receptionist was supergoed. We stonden om 6 uur voor de deur en konden onze bagage alvast binnen zetten. Ook konden we al vroeg in de lobby wachten tot de kamer klaar was.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable beds. Good A/C. Great location right in the Old Quarter.

Cons:

Whenever someone next door uses water (toilet, shower, tap) a pump starts running. Someone goes to the bathroom at 3.am.? The pump runs for 2 mins until the toilet tank is refilled.
Whenever someone uses the bathroom ventilation next door, it's also very loud.
Overall we've slept very poorly during our 3 nights at the hotel.
Mold on the bathroom ceiling.
Smelly shower drain.
