J ai payé par erreur deux réservations et ils m ont remboursé que 50% de ma deuxième réservation
En plus il n y avait meme une bouteille d eau à boire

Rooms were comfortable and as advertised. No frills but all the amenities one would requrie.

Cons:

Location is excellent next to Catalunya Square, but that invites a transient/homeless population to occupy the surrounding streets, impacting the entryway and access to the Hotel.
Staff were very nice, but not attuned to addressing the needs of Hotel guests. Recommend more training in Hospitality Services.

Pros:

前回泊ったときにとても便利で良かったので2回目利用でした。カタルーニャ広場すぐそばで観光に便利の立地で部屋も広くてシンプルで良かった。スタッフの方々も親切でした

Cons:

バスタブがジャグジー付きだったけど、使い方がよくわからず勝手に動いて使ってなかったのかゴミのようなものが出てきてびっくりした
