Pros:

Walking distance to venues I wished to attend . General store at the entrance that’s very handy . Pool ,sauna , spa and gym great very clean & maintained
Key fob for lift use and entering and leaving building
Quik response to emails and questions
River walk within 5min distance

Cons:

Wrong name displayed on building Brisbane casino towers
I had to phone make sure I was at the right building a few other people mentioned they were confused as well .
To access building you need to scan a key fob had to phone reception to let me in maybe people could be made aware of this so not confused how to enter reception.

Pros:

Staff were lovely. Location was perfect although a little sketchy after dark.

Cons:

The bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in a motel. Absolutely filthy. The smell was a cross between cat pee and sewerage. The stains, dust and hair were disgusting. If I didn’t need to shower I wouldn’t have.

This was a very disappointing stay - considering we had stayed at the Hope Street Apartmwnts in the past. This apartment

There weee several issues - room was advertised with balcony and balcony furniture - the balcony was EXTREMELY small and no furniture - there was zero room for it! We couldn’t connect the TV to wifi - we couldn’t even get TV channels we had to phone reception the following day and staff couldn’t get it to work - they left and came back with an adapter so we could in the very least get channels.

My stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and conveniently located.
Pros:

I liked that the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The location was convenient and suited my needs.
The view of the city was great, especially at night with all the lights.

Pros:

It smells really nice at reception.
Our room was wonderful the view was stunning.

Cons:

There were no towels at the pool.
The room didn’t have any bowls to make a salad. The shower could have been a bit more powerful. Was really difficult getting to other family members on other levels.

Having to completely exit building to vape, dog fur in lifts (numerous occasions), small fixture issues (toilet roll holder, balcony door lock, no baking dish/tray), twin singles pushed together as king bed (constantly falling in between)

Staying here ruined our weekend away, extremely disappointed.

Was not much to like at all.

Cons:

Cleanliness and hygiene was very poor even after being amend, bed was very uncomfortable, unpleasant smell to the apartment, bathroom floor would flood after each shower, apartment in general was in a very poor condition.

Don't stay in this apartment.
Pros:

The location to South Gate

Cons:

Room 1409 stank of sewage. Even my 4 year old complained about the smell. The smell was worst in the 2 bathrooms so I suspect a plumbing issue.
The rest of the apartment was tired and dirty. The rug was stained and the shower plugs filthy.
