Fab stay near Southbank Brisbane
Pros:

Stunning view of the city from our apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as it was everything we needed - a great location walkable to Southbank, ferry connections, supermarket etc. Beds were comfy and the place felt very spacious (even had a small second room which we used for laundry) compared to other places on our East coast trip! Would 100% recommend.

Cons:

We didn't know how to initially enter the building, but people were around to help. Lengthy check out instructions - didn't bother us too much :) No real complaints!

Convenient store on Lower level and fabulous cafe close bye, that made our stay.
Pros:

The staff were amazing.

Cons:

The bed squeaked every time I moved.
Compared to our other friends staying there in different rooms our lounge and patio furniture needed updating.

The location was brilliant. Staff were very helpful. Great view. Easy parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had problems with the wifi. The staff were very helpful trying to fix the problem.

Pros:

Fantastic location, an easy walk to the South Bank area and nearby public transport. Great views across the river to the city. Relatively quiet being so close to the city.

Cons:

Only one 2 seater lounge was frustrating. A second option for comfortable seating while watching tv would have been great. Our air-conditioning didn't seem to function.
Sadly plenty of people sleeping rough around the area.

Great location to use transport and travel around Brisbane.

Cons:

Unfortunately the spare blankets were dirty. We normally wouldn’t need them, but found Brisbane to be cold in the the evenings.

Great location, affordable, good views, need some extra attention around the cleaning
Pros:

The location and close proximity to the bus terminal was a plus. It made getting around the city easy.

The view from the apartment was awesome.

Cons:

Some extra consideration could be taken when cleaning. There were faecies on the underside of the toilet seat. It wasnt very obvious however I noticed it. The floor under the floating sink in the bathroom needed to be mopped/vaccumed as there were a build up of dust underneath.
