Great Location and Friendly Staff
Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff who kindly gave us an early check-in. The breakfast was good, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only drawback was that the price felt a little high for the value received.

Établissement très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Je mettrais en avant l’accueil réalisé par les deux réceptionnistes notamment Luka. Vraiment top. À recommander

Cons:

L’impossibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner plus tôt le matin. L’ouverture se fait qu’a compter de 7h30. Dommage pour les personnes tenues par des horaires matinaux notamment dans notre cas pour prendre un avion. La box fournie est limite pour ce type d’établissement

Comfortable, well-located hotel
Pros:

Modern-style hotel (a lot of decoration in black), with comfortable rooms, good breakfast options and well located for access to the old town. Very attentive staff who took care of the car parking (paid )in what would not be an easy location to park.

Bona situació, pocs serveis, només esmorzar. Força car pel que s’ofereix.
Pros:

La situació és excel.lent. L’habitació és confortable, tot i que l’armari és petit i els coixins durs. Les finestres tanquen molt bé, cosa que és important perquè dona a un carrer cèntric. Molt recomanable, si vas en cotxe, reservar aparcament: només en tenen tres, al carrer i la zona és complicada per aparcar; això sí, en fan pagar 25€ per dia. L’esmorzar correcte.

Cons:

El bany és una mica antic, amb un ventilador molt sorollós i un escalfador que també en fa força. L’assecador també és antic. La nevera està totalment buida.

Handy location close to airport bus
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting zadar old town and very close to airport bus (5 euros each way)
Lady on reception was very helpful.
Able to leave luggage as we had a late flight.
Rooms were well equipped - although no water or milk for hot drinks.
Comfortable bed.
No noise at night.

Cons:

The rooms are all on ground floor - so no views as such and felt a little dark inside.
Very little in the way of communal areas.
The breakfast was okay - some items ran out and not replaced.
Coffee/orange juice not the best.
Rain shower head was very high for some reason!? 😃

Comfortable one night stay in a great location
Pros:

Excellent location. Nice room . Breakfast very good

Cons:

Not a criticism but there was an event on the day of departure and access was limited. Luckily we had a local guide who was able to work around the departure.
