Pros:

Great design elements throughout with decor including local art. Our room on the 12th floor was super clean and comfortable with a view of Montreal. Electric car chargers on the entry plaza with a small secluded park with picnic tables beyond that.

Cons:

Was initially worried about the location at the edge of a mall next to the highway but it's a very unscaled mall with restaurants throughout so it's very walkable and pedestrian friendly. Road noise in the room was minimal.
