Staff were great. Nice place. Great roof top
The hotel is in a quiet location near the Grand Palace and other tourist attractions. Local sightseeing such as markets, cafes and restaurants are only a short walk away. The hotel front of house staff could not have been more helpful in providing information and bookings to make your stay easier. The room was clean, large and well laid out with shiny wooden floors. The breakfast has been the best of the four places I've stayed at in Thailand. There was no evening meal service. The hotel offers value and service which is ideal for those on a first time visit.
We stayed here for 3 nights at this hotel at the start of our Thailand adventure.
What a fantastic stay we had and found all the staff that we dealt with to be helpful , friendly and polite .
The reception staff here deserve special praise as they are the best we have encountered , in particular Arty and Ken.
We were having difficulties with arranging our onward travels and it was very stressful especially as my husband was having mobility difficulties .Arty and Ken helped us find suitable transport and ease the situation. Thanks again for a great stay.
The Siri Hotel goes above and beyond in order to make your experience a comfortable one. Ati at the front desk was the friendliest and most professional. The staff there works hard to meet any room requests. They seamlessly arrange shuttles to and from the airport. Their breakfast buffet is phenomenal as well. After my third consecutive stay, I will be going back to Siri Hotel each visit to Thailand!
Great staff and hotel. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfy with air conditioning. The only downside would be the actual street the hotel is on. But it is centrally located and close to many temples and Khao San Road. Although the pool is listed as indoor, it is open to the air/outside, just in a sort of courtyard
The hotel was great, walkable distance from from many temples and Khao San Road etc. The staff were all incedibly friendly and helpful! The only down side was the actual street the hotel is located on.
Had a problem with a cab driver and couldn’t afford the cash. The front desk helped out and it was critical. Thanks.
No rail or skytrain
The room is very comfortable but the lobby and public areas are very hot with no AC. The area around the hotel has homeless people and no convenient shops.
Great location within walking distance to the Grand Palace, Khaosan Road and Wat Phra Chetuphon.
As stated in other reviews, the neighborhood in the surrounding block is not the best, however it never felt unsafe. The entrance to the hotel is also a little odd as it is from an alley (causing confusion for taxi drivers) and you enter through the garage. However, once inside, the hotel is very nice. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice rooms and excellent breakfast.

This is an excellent hotel the hotel staff go above and beyond to help you. If I could just pick this hotel up and put it in a nicer area, the area around hotel seems dodgy we did not walk around outside when it got dark just book a grab taxi.
very good hotel. it is in a quiet street and nevertheless super close to many tourist attractions, the river and khaosan road. the rooms are clean and nice and very cozy beds! and the staff was superfriendly! they made us feel like home. thank you very much!

Horrible neighborhood, unsafe, place didn’t look like photos. Entrance is through parking garage. Bathrooms smelled. No view as advertised other than an overgrown alley.
This hotels pictures and ratings did not align with the experience. We chose it to be close to grand palace hit after walking out in the evening the first night and observing drivers, homeless and a woman peeing on the street we decided not to walk and take cabs from the hotel. Would’ve been better off choosing a nicer place further away. The neighborhood was very uncomfortable. The photos on hotels.con are very deceiving — the place is rundown, small, and the bathroom smelled bad as it picked up fumes from trash collection next door. The lobby is very run down with a makeshift table set up for check in. The “city view” advertised was a window into an overgrown lot outside a window full of pigeon poop. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel is nice but in a bad location surrounded by homeless. The service is wonderful but the beds are hard.
Comfortable mattress, great value breakfast, central location to old town. Beautiful hotel and Pool. On a quiet street which was nice with no traffic noise but it was never pleasurable walking past the local ‘pee’ spot 2 doors down to the left as you leave the hotel. Bangkok is dirty yes, but this particular pee spot just hit us every time we came/went. I’d strongly advise to turn right once you leave hotel if you’re walking anywhere. Or if management just got a long hose and washed that area every so often- it’s a public area down near some parked cars but by gosh it wasn’t nice.
Would stay again though (just not walk that way!)
