Great stay!
Pros:

Lovely hotel had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The roof top bar is worth a visit! Bed was really comfy and the room was very clean and well decorated !

Beautiful hotel with in Hanoi

Beautiful hotel, well designed comfortable room, clean sheets, welcome fruits, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and reasonable price. I was so happy being here.
I forgot my ipad during Ha Long Bay Tour on the bas, the reception staff immediately called the driver and managed to have it ship to the hotel right away, also upon leaving, the driver wasn't there then again the reception staff called the travel agency and contacted driver right away. Thank you very much to take care of me.
Now I know why this hotel get the best of best on TripAdvisor. I hope to come back in the future and recommend this hotel to anybody considering.

スタッフが最高に親切でフレンドリー。どんな質問にも快く答えてくれました。朝食も美味しかった。スパも利用しましたが、割引が効いてとてもいい時間が過ごせました。スカイバーも割引券があったので利用しました。街中のロケーションも観光に便利でした。

A really stay at La Sinfonia citadel

Emplacement proche du centre tout en restant un peu à l’écart du vacarme du bruit ambiant, ce qui est appréciable

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain pourrait être améliorée. Le petit déjeuner doit être revu. Peu de choix et pas très bon.
