Best price/location but very warm
Pros:

Everything was great except the room temperature was centrally controlled. At times the room was over 30°C. That's a bit too warm for me. I did get a decent night's sleep after several cool showers. Don't forget to turn the refrigerator on. The staff was exceptional as was the location and price. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Sendai station and Parco mall (Pokemon Center/Gundam Base). Nice city view.

Cons:

The centrally controlled room temperature was a different experience for me. I managed to sleep ok though.
