Sehr gute Lage, leider deutlich hohe Geräuschkulisse trotz geschlossener Fenster
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ist sofort auf von uns genannte Mängel eingegangen und hat versucht, sie zu beheben. Klimaanlage lief danach deutlich effizienter.
Sehr gute Lage zur Stadtmitte.
Sehr großes Zimmer. .

Cons:

Dass die Klimaanlage in der ersten Nacht gar nicht funktioniert hat. Hat gerade mal bei Dauerbetrieb - und natürlich geschlossenen Fenstern - 1 Grad Celsius geschafft.
Die Fenster waren leider irgendwo nicht ausreichend Schallisoliert. Man hatte das Gefühl, der Lärm von draußen (Straßenverkehr und von unten vom Restaurant bis tief in die Nacht) käme durch ein geöffnetes Fenster. Haben wir mehrfach kontrolliert dass sie alle geschlossen waren.

Pros:

I liked the view from our apartment on the top floor so much. The apartment was clean and tidy and well organized. The kitchen facilities were enough and satisfying, especially having an oven. The location was good and convenient and felt safe at late nights, which is important in Frankfurt. There are groceries and public transportation services and cafes and restaurants nearby, which makes it more pleasurable to stay there. The staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

The cooking basics such as salt and pepper were missing. The apartment looked different from the advertising photos.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, kind staff, good location. It is near to the train lines S8 and S9 that drive direct to the airport. Definitely will be my choice for the next visit to Frankfurt.

Appartement hyper spacieux, avec énormément de rangement, cuisine avec cafetière Nespresso.
Literies confortables.
A deux pas d'un Aldi, attention fermeture les dimanches.
Quartier très sympa, restaurant Italien au rez-de-chaussée très qualitatif et personnel très sympathique.
Centre ville accessible à pied en quelques minutes le long du fleuve.
Personnel de l'hôtel extrêmement agréable.

Cons:

Les rideaux manquent d'effets occultant, de ce fait la lumière du jour nous réveille de bonne heure.

Comunicação tranquila, funcionários cordiais, ótimo café da manhã. A localização é ótima e o fato de ter um estacionamento privativo foi determinante para nós que estávamos viajando de carro. Tem mercado na frente e restaurantes bons no entorno. Tudo muito tranquilo.

I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel more than 30 times, and it truly feels like my second home. One of the things I love most is its beautiful location close to the river, which creates such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s also only about a 10-minute walk from Zill Street, making it very convenient. The comfort, location, and overall experience keep bringing me back every time. Highly recommended!”

Le studio est très bien aménagé, très confortable. L'électroménager est de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Il manque du matériel pour cuisiner (couteau de cuisine), et surtout une théière, une cafetière filtre.
