Pros:

The room was really good, clean bed and bed room ect. and the plunge pool was a cool feature.

Cons:

I think the plunge pool needed filling as the water seemed like it was below the line and not moving. You can see in my photo it is not overflowing which is causing still water in the small pool infront of the main pool which can be a breeding ground for mosquitos. I could somewhat smell pool chemicals but was not sure if they were working or the pool is reguarly maintained correctly, some rocks were loose.

I thought the bathroom needed a good scrub and deep clean as there was obvious soap scum and hard water stains on the walls, the shower heads and sink tap all looked old and dirty. The open and airy bathroom is a nice concept however it does allow for lots of bugs to be in the bathroom and you can hear the neighbours using their bathrooms, I think the bathroom bench may be starting to crumble. I also noticed some black mould on the ceiling above the shower as seen in the pics.

Most hotels include a breakfast buffet however, this hotel's breakfast is table service for one food item from the alla carte menu and one black coffee included in the breakfast fee. It does come with a large serving of fresh fruit. I am normally first person at the hotel breakfast buffet howevever I tried this once and was happy to miss it the other days I stayed as the local cafes had more exciting food and drink and in larger portions.

Beautiful hotel with the BEST staff!
Pros:

This hotel was fabulous! The staff were absolutely amazing, the food was delicious & it’s in a great location. The room was big, very clean and the bed was very comfy!

Also the shuffle pancakes for breakfast….. to DIE for!!! 😍

Cons:

The “all inclusive” isn’t the standard All-inclusive that we’re used to (nor does it match Booking.com’s definition of all inclusive!) Normally, at all inclusive hotels we’ve had everything covered: meals, snacks & drinks (both soft and alcoholic) all day. At this hotel, you only get 3 meals a day + 1 drink with each meal. When we found this out we felt disappointed as the main reason we booked here was because of the “all inclusive” label.
I think the hotel should make it clearer what is included in their version of all inclusive on the booking page.

Perfect stay in Canggu.
Pros:

Best location, walkable distance to shops, cafe’s, restaurants, spas and clubs. And just a 7-10 min ride away from the main area and beach clubs.
Our suite was very spacious with an out door balcony. The water quality was so good here, we used a filter and it was all clear through out our five days stay. Our housekeeping staff Angga was the best, he left us a towel art on our bed, definietly put a smile on our faces. 😄

Cons:

Had trouble with the hand shower, it was hard to close once it’s open. And the toilet drainage had some issues.

I really liked the location, it’s in the middle of Canggu, and it’s great.

The ceiling was damaged and we’ve noticed it was leaking from the top.

Beautiful, Friendly & Convenient Location
Pros:

The staff service and friendliness goes beyond what is expected. The hotel is beautiful mixture of modern and greenery, so everywhere you look you can find photoshoot spot. The location is perfect as per my 2025 review when I came here last time, the LOCATION is just nice. Its not right next to the main street, you have to walk down a well paved 100m road to reach the hotel so you get the best of both world, peace and quiet in the hotel, short walk from everything else. Plus, you can easily walk to anywhere in Berawa area.

Cons:

None. Which is why I came back here twice.

Cons:

I got the one with the balcony, which was right next to the next room’s balcony. This made the noises from next door to seep into my room, which was a bummer that I got a neighbor who decided to move the balcony chairs at 6am😅. Other than that, it was wonderful

Cons:

Mixed feelings because some of the staff are warm but I feel some are quite standoff ish. I also find many males (idk staff or not) sitting on the outside of the hotel at night slightly uncomfortable.

I stayed on the 2nd floor but have stayed on the lower ground as well, both times I can hear people walking, talking and the noise when employees are cleaning in the morning. Definitely not sound proof

I also had some trouble with my TV and volume and wouldn’t say my stay was perfect. The staff helped but I had to call them back a few times which was a disruption to the stay. I think it’s a shame since the room itself is very nice.

Despite that the room is great, and the location is also good for those not familiar with Canggu to start with as it’s very close to lots of food, marts and necessities.
