Sicuramente un albergo di qualità e ottimo per la posizione (di fronte c’è un bagno con lettini e ombrelloni molto bello
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica di fronte al lungo mare e dal rooftop c’è una vista spettacolare, ottima per godersi aperitivo e tramonto (qualità degli aperitivi da migliorare). Camere grandi e pulite e personale molto attento e accogliente. Colazione non super abbondante ma va benissimo.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto sono un po’ pochi gli ascensori e a volte si rischia di dover attendere parecchio, ma solo per trovare il pelo nell’uovo

המיקום של המלון מאוד מרכזי. החדרים גדולים. הבריכה על הגג יפה מאוד

המים בבריכה היו קרים, המזרונים של המיטה היו קשים,
פקידי הקבלה ובחדר אוכל חלקם היו מקסימים ואדיבים מאוד ורצו לעזור. וחלקם היו ממש ממש לא נעימים ושרותיים

Top hotel met super vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Het hotel was gewoon top. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Super behulpzaam en vriendelijke personeel. Mooi zwembad. Ligging vlak aan het strand. Pracht uitzicht. De 5 sterren zeker waard.

Cons:

Lawaai van de straat is soms storend, het hotel ligt nu eenmaal langs een drukke weg.

An excellent stay at the TMS hotel
Pros:

My daughter and I had an amazing time at TMS Hotel. Firstly, the staff are friendly, warming and attentive. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. We loved the pool and the bar; the food and drink was excellent. I was impressed by the laundry service and room service. Sadly, I had an accident in Da Nang town where a motorbike swerved onto the pavement and hit me. The local Vietnamese people were very helpful and caring and took me back to my hotel. The hotel staff were fantastic and helped clean my wounds and offered to take me to the hospital; thankfully this was not needed as nothing was broken. They did help me with the pharmacy to get pain relief and bruising / healing ointment. They checked on me for the next few days which was very caring of them. I have never been to a hotel where the staff adopt such a personalised approach to a guest. Overall, we were so impressed and we hope to return in Easter 2027.

The hotel is in a prime location and they offer free towels for beach and pool. I would highly recommend staff are well educated in various languages, including English, Russian, Japanese and Korean.

Amazing service
Pros:

We had a full-body massage by D.VY and Diem, and it was an incredibly relaxing and wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived until the end of our session, we received exceptional service. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly relaxing spa experience.
