Pros:

Our stay at Sugar Business Hotel was calm and quiet easy access from town and the price is attractive

Cons:

Our stay at Sugar Business Hotel was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. The booking confirmation process took almost one hour, and there was unnecessary discussion regarding the payment, which caused a lot of inconvenience and affected our travel plans.

The room maintenance also needs improvement. The exhaust fan in the room was not functioning properly, and even after informing the staff, no action was taken. Basic amenities like a bath mat were also missing.

Additionally, the parking space is very limited, making it difficult for families traveling with vehicles. Overall, my family was disappointed with the stay and expected much better service and hospitality.

I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of service for future guests. Thank you.

The cleanliness of the Hotel is very good. Food is tasty. Staff particularly Ms.Bappu, Deepti and Goutham are very good at their work.

Billing is not transparent. They charged extra than the booking price through the portal. They charged more for breakfast and something called convenience fee.

Breakfast was not upto the mark. Cleaning staff directly call the bell and asked for checkout. What a bad behavior from cleaning staff. They are supposed to check with the reception and instead they ring the bell and directly asked. Very bad unprofessional act from these guys

The location of the hotel, far from everything that we wanted to see, need to use more transport to get to any places.
