Dias memoráveis!!?
Pros:

Cordialidade dos funcionários, café da manhã, localização, conforto ...dias ótimos

Cons:

Limpeza no estacionamento a desejar, o Quarto estava com cheiro forte de cigarro, sabemos que isso não depende do hotel e sim do anterior hóspede que não cumpriu a regra de fumar no interior do hotel, mas a camareira deveria comunicar à administração evitando assim a necessidade de transferência de quarto, o bom foi que imediatamente o a administração do hotel atendeu a solicitação e nos transferiu para um quarto muito limpo e cheiroso,obrigada!

Excelente ubicación, buen servicio a nivel general
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena ya que está en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El desayuno bastante completo, aunque un poco desorganizado (había mucha gente, quizás no estaban preparados para tanta masividad)

Cons:

Todo bastante bien, sólo que dos de los tres ascensores no inspiraban confianza dado que hacían ruidos extraños.

Pros:

Localização adequada

Cons:

Quarto barulhento.(ouvia-se barulho dos elevadores). Café da manhã pobre. Estacionamento caro ( cerca de 80 reais por uma noite).
