Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews explicitly state rooms are very clean (e.g., 'Sehr sauber', 'chambre très propre'), so cleanliness is rated highly.
Service
8.9
Staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful; one review mentions an uncomprehending manager, but overall service is positive.
Location
9.4
Excellent location for Europa-Park and near the motorway; shuttle in front of the hotel and convenient for short stays.
Room Quality
8.1
Rooms are modern with USB chargers and powerful showers and many found beds comfortable, but several guests reported very uncomfortable beds/pillows and A/C problems affecting comfort.
Amenities
8.8
Good amenities such as shuttle service, ample parking, EV/Tesla charging nearby and strong showers; however some missing or negative points like no in-room safe and paid parking.

Generally a very good experience for Europa-Park visitors with great location, breakfast and friendly staff, tempered by occasional bed/A/C issues and extra charges.

Great for visit to Europa Park, but check the A/C status and shield bug situation
Pros:

Great breakfast
Modern rooms with USB chargers and a bathroom with a powerful shower.
Lots of parking space for only 10 euros per day. You can drive in and out as many times as you want.
Friendly personel
Ideal location for 2-3 nights when you're visiting Europa Park
There's even a shuttle bus that will take you to the park
We booked four rooms with two families, and the staff was so kind to honor our requests to keep the rooms close.

Cons:

No safe
The rooms were way too warm to be comfortable during our stay at the end of October. The main reason was that there was an invasion of shield bugs in the area, so the windows could not be opened. At the same time, the A/C was locked to heating only, which made it a very uncomfortable stay. That would be the main reason to find another hotel. And that's a real shame as everything else is great.
