Great location, Great staff (that I met) shocking customer service and management responsibility

The facilities and the Breakfast were lovely, the staff at the front desk were very helpful

2nd day room not cleaned, no fresh sheets/towels, I had mentioned to reception before I left for that evening. But on my return it was not cleaned... spoke to reception the following morning ... they said there would be a refund... and apologised,
I have been in communication with the Hotel since and they still apologise but deny that a refund was due. The fact remains my room was not cleaned and the bed linen was not changed as it should have been is a completely unacceptable for a hotel of their claimed standard and stature. Basic room servicing is a fundamental part of the service for which I paid, and the failure to provide it was entirely the responsibility of the hotel.

הופתענו מאד לטובה מהמלון ,הצוות היה אדיב ומסביר פנים גם בקבלה וגם בבריכה ובספא ובמסעדה עצמה

קצת מוזר היה שדווקא בשעות
הערב סביב השעה 18:30 התחילו לנקות עם צינור מים את החצר בזמן שאורחים יושבים בפינות הישיבה השונות ,

אהבנו סדר וניקיון ורצון צוות לתת מקסימום. מטבח מעולה חגגנו במסעדה יום הולדת. היה פשוט נפלא

היה רעש בשעות מאוחרות לילה בחצר וכנראה מאורחי חוץ של המלון. רעש בחדר אוכל בזמן שמאפשרים לאורכי חוץ לבוא למלון לרבות עם ילדים קטנים. קיימים מספר רב מרפסות בהם ניתן לבצע הושבה של באים מבחוץ. לא היה עבורנו מקום בחדר אוכל מלון ואנחנו שלקחנו סוויטה גדולה נאלצנו לשבת במרפסת. דבר שלא מקובל לגמרי. לא רצינו לעשות בעיות בזמן שגם ככה הכל מפוצץ.
תשימו לב לכך שירדנו לחדר אוכל בשבת בבוקר בזמן שהיה הוזמן מראש. אני מאמין שתדאגו לטפל

הזמנו בבריכה באותם שעתיים 3 הדמויות שונות וביקשו כל פעם מחדש טיפ וגם בארוחת בוקר שבאנו לקום אחת המלצריות ביקשה טיפ יצא שבנוסף לשהות של שני חיילים הבן זוג שלי שילם עוד 120 שקל רק על טיפים של מזיגת זירו וארוחת בוקר שכוללת את מחיר המלון

גודל החדר, מרפסת חמודה, ארוחת בוקר מדהימה.

Cons:

נעילת דלת עם מפתח, אין מקום לשבת בבריכה ולא מפנים מגבות של מי שקם כך שכל המיטות/ספות/כיסאות נראים תפוסים. הזנחה קלה בתחזוקת הבריכה הכוללת זיגוג שבור. מקרר בחדר עם דלת זכוכית שמפריע להחשכה.

העיצוב נפלא, החדרים מרווחים, המצעים נעימים, יש כל מה שצריך בחדר. הצוות זמין וקשוב, המסעדה במלון נהדרת. הרבה פינות ישיבה קסומות בחצר. מישהו הקדיש כאן מחשבה על הלקוח שבא לנפוש ו…אלוהים בפרטים הקטנים כמו פינת תה זמינה לאורך כל היום שמעבר לתה יש גם תפוחים ועוגיות. כשביקשתי חלב לקפה הוא הגיע בבקבוק קטן וחמוד בהחלט אשמח לשוב.

הבריכה קטנטנה ויש בה הרבה אורחים שמגיעים ליום כיף במלון וזה יוצר צפיפות לא נעימה גם בספא וגם בגג.
