I really liked the bed; it was very comfortable. The shower was also great, and the towels were good quality. Overall, I really liked the room and had a good experience.

Cons:

The main issue was that there was some hair in the shower, which could have been checked more carefully during cleaning. I also didn’t find the front desk staff very friendly. In addition, the breakfast was very disappointing. There were very few options, and nothing was particularly good.

Staff was very professional and welcoming. They accommodated our needs and were always smiling. Comfy beds and overall clean.. smelled clean when you enter the hotel. Location is perfect.. centrally located to the mall, downtown, and restaurants. Not bad for a one night stay and very affordable. Felt like I got good value out of this hotel - would book again.

Cons:

The only complaints on cleanliness was that the towels have hair embedded into them and the shower floor could have been cleaned better. Basic breakfast options, but had coffee.

The location was great. The front desk attendant, Moe, couldn't have been any better. Our room was clean and had everything we needed.
