Le petit déjeuner copieux, proche de la plage south west bay
Los desayunos eran bastante buenos, con pan, cafe, y el menu del dia, bien completos y te dejan listo para empezar el dia. La habitacion muy buena, con aire, bastante amplia, con closet, baño aparte y con todos los servicios necesarios.
Ninguna pega le puedo poner al hotel, todo de verdad que hizo nuestra experiencia increible!

Their communication between the staff, specifically the receptionist could improve without putting the guest in the middle to solve their inconveniences.

La ubicación en la mejor playa, tienes en el alojamiento todos los servicios de excursiones, alquiler de motos…. Tiene aire acondicionado.
El baño es muy pequeño. Si quieres una estancia sin niños (adult only) no es tu sitio. Hay muchas familias con niños.
O alojamento é excelente, e fica na melhor praia de Providencia; os funcionários muito simpáticos. Pedro e Zoi são muito atenciosos. Vale muito a pena!

The price was reasonable compared with other options in Providencia.
Based on the very high Booking score, we expected a much better stay. The place was very basic, and the cleanliness was not at the level we expected. Overall, it felt overrated compared with the reviews.

A 300 m de la playa South West Bay y central a las otras playas principales . Cercano a varias opciones para comer y a uno de los mejores restaurantes de la isla, El divino niño y a dos mercados.
El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesite ; nos ayudaron a conseguir la mulita para transportarnos por la isla y con el tour en lacha para hacer Snorkel .
