Very dirty, mould and second hand smoke
Pros:

The location was good, and the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when we raised our concerns. We ended up leaving after just one night, and they kindly refunded the remainder of our stay.

Cons:

It was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The room was filthy, there was a strong smell of cigarettes despite being in a non-smoking room, and there was visible mould throughout the property.

We ended up leaving after just one night, only because we weren’t able to leave any sooner. To their credit, the staff were lovely and very understanding when we raised our concerns. They showed us two alternative rooms, which were slightly better. At least these rooms had duvet covers on the beds rather than just the bare duvet inserts.

Unfortunately, both alternative rooms also had significant black mould on the ceilings, so ultimately neither was a suitable option.

At this point, it was almost comical how bad the situation was. I’ve attached photos for reference, as I think they speak for themselves.

近さと便利さで、まあまあってとこかな。
Pros:

朝食付き！壁のポスター見るとサラダとカレーだけかなと思ったけど、普通に一通りあって美味しかったです。あと、駅からの近さ。荷物をチェックイン前、チェックアウト後も預けることができて本当に助かりました。

Cons:

部屋が狭すぎてスーツケースも開けなかった。ホテル自体が古い感じで、隙間だらけ。
