Pros:

Wir hatten nur ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielfältig, der Frühstücksraum wie auch das Restaurant mit Außenterrasse waren sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben nicht bereut, unser Abendessen im Restaurant einzunehmen, wobei der Spruch "auch das Auge isst gerne mit" vollauf zutraf. Besonders gut hat uns die Freundlichkeit und die Zuvorkommenheit des Personals gefallen. Auch lassen das sehr schöne Hallenbad und die Saunaeinrichtung keinerlei Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Während die sonstige Zimmerausstattung hinreichend war mit einem sehr bequemem Bett mit guter Matratze, einem eher kleinen Bad und einem recht kleinem Balkon, fehlte ein Kühlschrank. Das ist man in einem Hotel solcher Qualifikation eher nicht gewohnt.

In der Außenanlage des Hotels läuft derzeit ein größerer Umbau, wobei auch ein Außenpool gebaut werden soll. Störender Baulärm war aber nicht zu hören, und das Ergebnis des Umbaus wird die Aufenthaltsqualität erheblich steigern.

Das Hotel liegt mit einem Teil des Baukörpers an einer Hauptdurchgangsstraße des Stadtteils von Friedrichshafen, ca. 200 m vom See entfernt. Da unser Zimmer jedoch rückwärtig und erdgeschossig mit Blick in einen benachbarten Garten lag, hat uns kein Lärm gestört.

Excellent stay, we really enjoyed ourselves and our expectations were exceeded
Pros:

The suite was very large and clean and comfortable
The pool and spa were fabulous
The restaurant was very good
The staff were very friendly and very helpful

Cons:

Breakfast choices were somewhat more limited
Especially as dairy intolerant who doesn’t eat the meats on display , I couldn’t enjoy the pancakes and cakes
But having said that the fruit selection, eggs, drinks, cereals were great

Eine besondere Location am See
Pros:

Super schönes Hotel, mit Flair und so manchem Extra. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren überragend, der Wellnessbereich ein Ort zum Entspannen. Die Nähe zum See und den Radwegen ist hervorzuheben. Das Personal mega freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tout a été mis en œuvre pour que le séjour soit agréable.
Pros:

Tout, le restaurant avec une très belle gamme de vins locaux, le ptit dej de compétition, la propreté, le spa et la piscine, la proximité du lac avec une vue sur les Alpes juste incroyable , la gratuité des transports en commun, l’extrême gentillesse du personnel, les prêts de sup gratuits pour 2h, le confort des chambres.

Cons:

Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour, mais certaines chambres ne sont pas climatisées et à partir de 22h30 il n’y a plus de possibilité d’être sur la terrasse à l’extérieur. Le personnel en était d’ailleurs conscient et désolé.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Beim Frühstück hatte man sehr viel Auswahl und es war alles sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Die benutzen Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, wenn man das wollte. Das Hotel das Bademäntel für den SPA-Bereich.

Cons:

Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln hätten wäre, dass vielleicht auch nicht auf den Balkons geraucht werden darf. Da der Qualm in die anderen Zimmer zieht. Da es keine Klimaanlage gab musste man auch die Fenster öffnen um etwas frische Luft ins Zimmer zu bekommen.
