ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, מקום נקי ונוח, יש ג'קוזי ומכון כושר נחמדים במקום ואפילו מסאג' שלא השתמשנו בו. אוירה נהדרת, ולובי מזמין לשבת

Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Tiszta szállás. A motort a fedett garázsban tudtuk leparkolni. Félpanziós ellátás során a vacsora büfé étkezésből és 3 fogásból állt. A reggeli svédasztal volt, rengeteg lehetőséggel. Maximálisan elégedettek voltunk.

Struttura abituata a una ricezione invernale/estiva globale. Un plauso alla cucina, e i camerieri.

Servizio colazione e cena eccellente, buona la struttura la SPA e gli spazi comuni

Cons:

Unica pecca sono le pulizie giornaliere in camera. Ciò che era a terra rimaneva a terra nella stessa posizione , tipo ciabatte in bagno, letto rifatto sommariamente, lenzuola sporche non cambiate. Peccato!

Disponibilità e gentilezza, soprattutto il signore che si occupa di piscina e spa

Cons:

Accesso alla spa e piscina dei ragazzi sotto i 16 anni entro le h 17, anche se sono stati molto flessibili. Ritengo sia giusto,ma abbassando l'età a 10-11 anni

Clean rooms and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel and rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, on our first evening, we arrived 10 minutes late for dinner. The information initially stated that the buffet closed at 21:00, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but we were informed that dinner actually ended earlier.

The staff offered us the option to have food at the hotel bar, which was appreciated, but after a long day of hiking, it was naturally not the same experience and did not fully meet our expectations.

We would like to thank the staff for providing breakfast boxes for us, although we would suggest adding a little more variety or something extra in similar situations.

Soggiorno ad Arabba top class
Pros:

Posizione ottima in centro ad Arabba. Parcheggio davanti all'hotel perfetto. La struttura è molto curata. La colazione è fantastica e la cena degna di un ristorante top con menù sempre vario. Ritornerò certamente qui.

Una notte in moto sulle Dolomiti
Pros:

Colazione e cena con vasta scelta ed abbondante, simpatia e professionalità dello staff. Il parcheggio ed al coperto riservato a moto e bici gratuito, così come la SPA piccola ma funzionalissima!

Cons:

Solo un piccolo appunto, nella ns camera tripla non c'era il frigorifero. Ma nel complesso tutto veramente perfetto! Complimenti
