Pros:

Always is pleasant when reality exceeds expectations ! Starting from arrival and greetings with resort manager we felt like welcome quests ... and so on till check out ! Believe we will come back next September !

Relax e tranquillità
Pros:

Struttura immersa nel verde a 10 minuti da Porto Santo Stefano, molto bella la piscina e spaziosa e confortevole la junior suite dove abbiamo soggiornato. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la prima colazione con ampia offerta di dolce e salato.

Pros:

Fijne locatie! Verschillende dorpjes en stranden binnen 15 minuten rijden. Rustgevende tuin met zwembad. Zeer goed restaurant voor lunch en diner, goede bedden, aardig en behulpzaam personeel, prima ontbijt qua aanbod.

Cons:

Voor 5 sterren met dito prijs verwacht je nog wat meer kwaliteit. Badkamers gedateerd (zwarte voegen, schimmel?). Zwembadranden idem.

Fijne grote gym, maar goedwerkende airco ontbreekt daar.

Bij het ontbijt zijn vleeswaren niet gekoeld en afgedekt.

Helaas hadden we 2 maal luidruchtige buren, waardoor we 2 nachten slecht sliepen. Waarschijnlijk gewoon pech.

Magnifique hôtel, un vrai havre de paix, nous avons en plus été surclassé, que du bonheur. Le parc est magnifique avec sa piscine et le spa creusé dans la roche. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel

Not a five star hotel, too pricey for the service received
Pros:

Very spacious property, but not particularly well maintained. Good location surrounded by greenery, with a lovely outdoor pool. Good breakfast, but the staff was not very friendly.

Cons:

Absolutely not up to the standards of a five-star hotel. The room was small, not particularly clean or well maintained, with electrical outlets coming away from the wall and a broken toilet. The gym was very humid and poorly maintained, and the common areas were not adequately managed for a property claiming to be five-star. Given the treatment we received, we have stayed in three-star hotels and bed and breakfasts that were far better and much more welcoming. The staff was also not particularly friendly.
