Wunderschönes Resort mit einer überschaubaren Anzahl von Gästen
Pros:

Es ist kein überfülltes Hotel, sondern sehr intim. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und alle sind unglaublich freundlich.
Ich hatte auch eine Massage, es hat alles gepasst.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr gut (wir waren 2x lunchen: Pasta Vongole und Lobster Pasta kann ich beides absolut empfehlen, wobei die Lobster Pasta für 2 Personen wirklich unglaublich gut ist !)

Un soggiorno da 10 con la lode
Pros:

La struttura è pazzesca e merita davvero tanto. La piscina è ampia e l’atmosfera che si respira è di pura magia.
Lo staff è perfetto. Sono stata accolta da Giorgia, che oltre a raccontarmi chicche sulla zona mi ha dato consigli preziosi.
Tutto lo staff e il proprietario sono magnifici e attenti a tutte le esigenze della clientela.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

A very luxurious hotel, a large outdoor pool and indoor pools, the hotel is located in a charming area surrounded by forest.

חוויה מדהימה בהולת הצוות המצוין והמיקום המדהים והשקט של המלון
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וטובה-הרבה אופציות לבחור מביניהם,עם דגש על מתוקים ומאפים-לא ארוחת בוקר כמו בישראל מבחינת השפע והמבחר אבל לגמרי היה כל מה שאפשר לחשוב עליו בארוחת בוקר.
הצוות היה נעים מאוד וחייכן וקיבל את כל הבקשות שלנו כולל אופציה להתקלח במתקני המלון אחרי הצ׳ק אאוט,
הביאו לנו מגבות ובאמת גרמו לנו להרגיש בנוח.יש בריכה חיצונית מדהימה-גדולה ומרווחת ו2 בריכות פנימיות בטמפ׳ שונה,
בנוסף לסאונה רטובה.
המלון ממוקם בתוך יער והופך אותו לשקט ומקום מושלם לנקות בו את הראש

Nach einem Roadtrip durch die Toskana, war das ein perfekter Halt um zur Ruhe zu kommen und herunterzufahren.
Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem und sehr nettem Personal. Das Zimmer war einfach perfekt und sehr gemütlich. Am Pool kann man sehr gut entspannen. Auch im Spabereich kann man sich gut gehen lassen. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkommen.

Exquisite location like a mini escape. However, nothing special about this place. Over-priced and not value for money.

The landscape around the property at the level 1 - reception level

Cons:

The architect of the property is badly designed. The rooms at the pool level are dark, hips of mozzies, humidity trapped.

Breakfast choice is limited and poorly prepared! The hams are all hard after being left in the room temp for a long period. Only the seatings are nice. There are flies in the breakfast bar.
