Todo. Principalmente :

- Personal: el personal del hotel. Muy atentos, cordiales, resolutivos y cercanos. Realmente lo más positivo de esta experiencia por encima de otras cosas. A destacar: personal de recepción y bares o restaurantes.

- Limpieza: ni una mota de polvo en ninguna parte de las instalaciones. Todo, aunque un poco anticuado, se sintió cuidado y mantenido.

- Servicio de habitaciones: todos los días sábanas, y toallas limpias, así como amenities cuando se hacía la cobertura.

- Comodidad y tranquilidad: baño de la habitación impoluto, práctico y renovado. Camas, cómodas y limpias. Sin ruidos.

- Desayuno: Con mucha variedad y calidad y servido a unos horarios muy buenos para echarse a conocer la ciudad y/o el destino.

Bon emplacement sans plus
Pros:

L’emplacement est le point fort de l’établissement. Le personnel est sympa. Il y a un frigo et un micro onde dans la chambre, ce qui est un vrai plus. La possibilité d’avoir un pass bus/tram pour Genève.

Cons:

Les murs sont mal isolés et je me suis fais réveillée par ma voisine de chambre qui téléphonait. La propreté pas optimale, la salle de bain reste dans son jus avec des accessoires très cheap, le petit dejeuner très petit (mini buffet)…Globalement le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas interessant.

The staff at reception and at breakfast were lovely.

Cons:

The place is in need of major updating. No air conditioning just a ceiling fan so need to open windows so noisy. It was clean and we were only there for one night so it did the job.

Pros:

Affordable accommodation in a very good location in the centre of Geneva. Very friendly staff and the possibility of parking is a big plus. A very decent breakfast is included in the price of the accommodation :)
