Pros:

A localização é otima, a recepção é 24h/por dia o que é perfeito já que chegamos de madrugada.

Cons:

Senti falta de um frigobar no quarto, além disso chegamos de madrugada e não tinha toalhas para nós usarmos, o o funcionário deu as únicas duas que tinham e estava rasgadas e manchadas.

Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e gentis e o quarto é bem confortável.

Cons:

O nosso quarto, o 7, ficava bem ao lado do restaurante, o que implicava em ouvir a música ao vivo e as conversas até altas horas da noite.
Além disso, o box era bem apertado.

Lindo hotel en muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario , buen desayuno, muy buen restaurante y personal amable

Cons:

Que no haya ascensor, si bien la chica nos ayudó con los equipajes estando en un 2 piso con escaleras es medio engorroso sobre todo si viajas con gente grande pero es lo único a nombrar el resto estuvo perfecto

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y el personal es súper amable. El desayuno es bastante completo. La habitación fue muy cómoda y tiene la opción de su propio restaurante.

Está cerca de providencia y de centro gastronómico. Se puede comer allí mismo también.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön und total gut gelegen. Es gab eine heiße Dusche und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zum Restaurant, das war nicht ganz optimal, da es recht hellhörig war. Rückblickend allerdings nicht so dramatisch wie erwartet. Ein kleiner minus Punkt ist, dass wir bei Ankunft im Hotel gefrühstückt haben und erst nach offiziellem Check-in darüber informiert wurden, dass es für Hotelgäste einen Discount auf das Restaurant gibt.

Conforto e atendimento excelentes.
Pros:

Para nós, foi tudo perfeito. Não é um hotel de luxo, mas tudo muito confortável, limpo e organizado. A equipe da recepção sempre nos atendeu muito bem e vale a pena nominar o agradecimento a cada um: Aline, Jorge, Glória e Luciano.

Cons:

Atendeu plenamente. Como única observação, os croissants tinham dias em que estavam mais frescos e melhores.
