If you only care about amazing location, stay here.
Pros:

The location of this place is absolutely unreal. I am a Londoner, but now live in the suburbs. I wanted to be close to Covent Garden and the Centre. If you want an amazing location for a London trip and you don’t know where to start, this place is perfect. It is also a beautiful old traditional building. It was good value because of the location.

Cons:

The worst pillows I have ever had in a hotel and whilst the location made the £230 per night palatable, I always expect decent basics, especially when a hotel shows as 4*. They were really awful and heavily impacted my sleep. I also expect a small fridge in my room at that price. Perhaps because of it being an old building, but the inner plumbing is terrible. I was awake most of the night listening to water gurgling and running down pipes. Perhaps a combination of the uncomfortable pillows and noises, kept me awake. The TV is also way to small for the position, so if you like a movie in bed, bring your binoculars! The bathroom could be in better shape, with metal racks looking rusty and dusty and the bathroom floor is a bit ropey.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location. Clean rooms and pleasant service overall. Good value for money given London crazy hotel prices…

Cons:

The airco is rather loud so you’ll need earplugs to sleep if it’s warm weather.

Pros:

Location absolutely spot on for theatreland and covent garden.
Located in a small courtyard 5 minutes walk from the above it's quiet and hotel provides everything for a city break.

Fawlty towers esque
Pros:

Location is great, pretty much anything you want is close by. Super helpful staff, replying to messages quickly and with actual help. Lovely and clean throughout.

Cons:

Facilities are very limited, wifi is poor at best, shower closet is large with smallest shower head possible, uncomfortable beds, no lift, price is basically just for the location!
