Lovely quiet hotel with good air con. Beds were comfortable . Excellent location
Location decent
Specifically asked if room was air conditioned due to medical need. The air conditioning was inoperable and we had to find another hotel. Staff unresponsive to request for assistance.
Amazing location in Covent Garden but tucked away down a quiet pedestrian street.
Very clean throughout with comfortable beds.
We were there in the middle of a heatwave and the room was baking. Neither the wall mounted unit nor the free-standing one seemed to make inroads into the heat.
Excellent emplacement
Appartement très fonctionnelle
Parfait pour un séjour à Londres
Perfect hotel for visiting this area. Room was comfortable and air conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful
Nothing
Location
Great location,freindly staff.Bed very comfy
On third floor hard getting up and down steep stairs.Nothing to keep drinks cool, room to small only one chair
Fab location and comfortable room. Lovely and clean and quiet. This is my second stay and I would definitely stay again.
It doesn’t have a bar or food but to be honest it’s so close to Covent Garden it doesn’t really need them.
Only has the location to redeem itself
I booked this for guest speakers at an event we organised. We had access needs and after the booking it was made clear that the accessible rooms on the ground floor were not guaranteed, I asked the hotel if I could count on this. I was told yes, yet once my guests arrived there, they were asked to use the first floor room. They were also asked to justify their accessibility requirement, despite one of them being visibly disabled. To top it all up, the room was equipped with anti-pest plug-in devices, which suggests that there is a pest issue in the hotel; in a way, it is good that they are taking care of it, and I understand hotels in central London are in fairly old buildings, but this is not a good look when you apply central London prices.
Really helpful - we arrived early and left out luggage with reception, when we came back they had already put the luggage in the room for us.
Fabulous location for the opera house.
No lift but then it's an old building. Ground floor rooms are available which is essential if you have limited mobility.
Proximity to west end and attractions. Easy walk ability to theaters and restaurants.
The hotel does not have an elevator so the higher floor the harder it is to get in and out. The staff was kind enough to take our bags up to the room when we arrived early.
The location of the hotel was ideal, so close to Covent Garden.
I was in the third floor and there was no lift so bad to carry my luggage up narrow and fairly steep staircase. There was no offer of assistance.
In addition, there is no bar or restaurant. However due to its location this did not matter so much.
