The reception team were friendly and easy to deal with. Check-in was quick, and check-out was just as simple. I also had a couple of requests during my stay, and they were happy to help without any fuss. They were responsive and flexible, which made everything fairly stress-free.

Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. There were enough choices each morning, with fresh dishes that were consistently well prepared. It wasn't an extravagant buffet, but everything tasted good and provided a satisfying start before heading out to explore.
The rooms were well maintained, very clean, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff consistently provided warm and attentive service, making us feel welcome from beginning to end. Its convenient location allowed us to easily visit many of the city's attractions, and we would definitely return in the future.
The room was spacious, clean, and full of natural light, which made it feel very comfortable. The bed was great, and the hot water was reliable throughout my stay. Housekeeping kept everything tidy every day. After a busy day sightseeing, I always looked forward to coming back to the room.
Most of the major attractions, shopping areas, cafés, and restaurants were within walking distance, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. I hardly needed transportation during my stay because everything was so close.
Excellent service can completely transform a hotel stay, and that's exactly what happened here. From my arrival until check-out, the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a pleasant experience. Whether they were helping with luggage, offering advice, or simply greeting me each day, their positive attitude created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that I truly appreciated.
Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Jenny and Bin especially stood out for their kindness and excellent service. They provided helpful recommendations, assisted us whenever needed, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. Their hospitality made our stay much more enjoyable.

This hotel offers great value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy bed that made it easy to rest after a long day exploring Ho Chi Minh City. While the hotel is reasonably priced, the quality of service and overall experience were much better than expected. It is a great option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without spending too much.

Location is good, Banh Thanh market and Nguyen Hue walking street less than a kilometer. All reception staff were exceptionally good & cordial and always ready to help. Helped us in booking a Grab cab for us at midnight for the airport. I had one 500K dong currency note, and he helped me with smaller denominations so that I could pay the exact fare to the Grab cab driver.
We booked for a Family Room for one day. The room was so small (only 330 square feet) that we could not open our suitcases. The room could only fit two double size beds. There wasn't any wardrobe, mirror, or table in the room. We were three adults, and hardly we could move in the room. In the bathroom, the water was taking a longer time to drain out from the sink. The draiage system was poor.

We had a quiet room at the back which was great but the bathroom needs updating. The rodent bait trap next to the mini fridge was very worrying.
