Cons:

Overall a great stay, just a few minor issues.

The room and service were excellent. The only downside was the soundproofing - the noise level wasn’t very ideal.

Also, this hotel has a few branches. Customer service gave us the wrong GPS location for the branch we booked. Thankfully, the two branches are quite close to each other, so it wasn’t a big problem.

Would still recommend.

One of the best hotel in Kampar!
Pros:

Very good location, easy to reach, city center, shops, restaurants and food center within walking distance.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The room is big, clean and comfortable.
Comfortable beds.
Publlic parking direct in front and behind of the hotel.
We feel this is one of the best hotel in Kampar.

Cons:

Early check-in is impossible. We arrived in the morning after a long distance flight from Europe but had to wait until 3pm to get the key for our room. It was really exhausted!
The price is higher compare to other hotels in Kampar.
