1 night stay impressive!
Pros:

Very clean, nice beds, safe quiet location. Just plan on eating breakfast somewhere else.

Everything was very clean, the location was very quiet.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was quite loud. Half of the lights in the room did not work. The free breakfast in the lobby was pretty bad. The eggs and bacon were both burned and raw in places- you kind of had to dig around for edible pieces. I certainly didn't expect a gourmet free breakfast, but this food was pretty horrible. The badly worn vinyl seats in the dining area were indicative of what to expect from the food. The coffee was quite good for a machine though.

Amazing experience!
Pros:

This has been one of my favorite stays! Breakfast was great and there were plenty of options. Room was clean and was tidied daily. Thermostat worked amazing haha. My kids enjoyed the heated pool also.

The beds were very comfortable.
There was only one staff member the night clerk on Monday night, August 3 had treated us with courtesy, kindness, and respect. He was very helpful.

Cons:

Conversely, the morning desk clerk on August 4, 2026 had an attitude of she was being bothered when you asked for anything. She had a bad attitude and was nasty and hateful in dealing with my party that was there for the night before.
Hotels are known to be in the hospitality business. Sad to say, no hospitality was afforded us by this particular clerk.

Worst Management I ever seen

I was disappointed with the customer service. I accidentally left my personalized YETI Rambler at the hotel, and the staff confirmed they had found it. I offered to pay for everything, including a prepaid shipping label, and only asked if they could place it in a small box so UPS/FedEx could pick it up. Unfortunately, the manager said they would not do it because they didn’t want to take the time. It was frustrating to see such little willingness to help a guest with a simple request. I expected much better customer service.
