Clean and well kept environment in convenient location with great food and friendly staff
Pros:

The rooms were clean and in a good location for easy access to An Bang. The pool was also well maintained and staff were very helpful

Cons:

Noting really - breakfast was served at a sister hotel which was a short walk away. It was excellent and not inconvenient for us but I guess some may prefer it on site?

Pros:

I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times before so knew what to expect. I like the location, down a quiet alley but close to everything. I had a couple of issues this stay, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure they were solved.

The massage at the sister hotel, the Aria was excellent.

Lovely hotel with a superb breakfast!
Pros:

Good location, close enough to the beach but down a side road so quieter and more chilled. Mince big family room with a huge shower.

Cons:

The staff let it down a bit, we didn’t even get a hello at check in and each time we came back no greeting, eye contact or even moving their feet and cigarette off the other so you can pass!
However the staff at the sister hotel where you go for breakfast are delightful and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is great value and the breakfast is ace.

Convenable, sans plus
Pros:

Emplacement calme et atmosphère tranquille. Petite unité à 2 minutes de marche des restaurants et boutiques. Présence d'un coffre-fort et wi-fi ok. Le Monsieur qui est à l'accueil ne parle pas anglais , mais il contacte une personne par téléphone si besoin. Il est gentil et installe des plombs sur un filet de pêche. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, mais il est servi dans un autre hôtel à 5 minutes de marche, proche de la plage.

Cons:

Manque de rangements, mais apparemment commun dans d'autres hôtels où nous sommes passés. La piscine mérite un meilleur entretien (traces noires par endroits). Les photos sont plus flatteuses qu'en réalité et mis en valeur par éclairage de nuit. Draps propres mais tachés et troués.

Pros:

Location is great. Close to good restaurants. Even though we had to walk 10mins to breakfast, we were sent to a good resort for our inclusive breakfast.

Cons:

The staff were hardly ever present, no one on front office for our check in and same again the next day when others wanted to check in.

Lovely, quiet spot with need of some upgrades.
Pros:

It was very quiet and in a great location. The AC and fans worked well and the breakfast was fabulous!

Cons:

The pool water was clean but it was full of sand and debris. There is broken outdoor furniture moved off to the side and the outdoor furniture needs an upgrade with additional chairs by the pool. We also did not realize that breakfast was served at another hotel. It was fine in the end but just a surprise. The bedding had no blankets, only sheets and the blankets stored in the closet weren’t clean.

Lovely little hotel met all our needs, we’ll be back
Pros:

Big clean rooms with refrigerators and balconies, close to beach but not too close so wasnt so noisy. Nice pool, friendly staff, world’s best breakfast included & just a short walk away.
