El orden y aseo de la habitación

Cons:

Al momento del check in hubo confusión con mi reserva, si se resolvió.

Hay chicos del personal que deben mejorar un poco si empatia con el huésped. Es comprensible que estén cansados por los turnos, pero nunca deben olvida que el huésped espera un trato como en casa.

Idóneo para una estadía corta y oportuna
Pros:

Fácil acceso: queda sobre la carretera, hay un parqueo al frente y otro al interior. La comunicación fue bastante asertiva y las habitaciones cercanas al parqueo

Cons:

Poco mantenimiento a algunos aspectos como la calidad de las cortinas en las ventanas y el mal funcionamiento de los controles de TV
