Overall, we had great experience. Would come back again.
Pros:

Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. There was enough space in the apartment for 5 people. Close to the metro and Lidl. Many restaurants nearby, but mostly Asian food.

Cons:

Toaster needs to be replaced. Fridge was a bit small for 5 people.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 min im Zentrum.
Man kann auf der rechten Straßenseite kostenlos parken (Wochenende), sofern ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist, das war auch super.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - man hat alles, was man braucht.
Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber.

Cons:

Früher ein- oder auschecken ist überhaupt nicht möglich, weil der Code für die Tür erst genau ab 14:00 freigeschaltet wird.
Wir haben angefragt, ob wir evtl. um 12:00 (statt 11:00) auscheken dürfen, das war aber leider nicht möglich.
Normalerweise ist das aber möglich (die Reiningungskraft muss ja nicht mit unser Apartment anfangen...sie könnte unser Apartment zum Schluss reinigen) - bis jetzt war das auch immer möglich um 1 Stunde später auszuchecken, aber das war halb so wild :)

Pros:

Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé. Přesto, že jsem četl, že je v klidném místě v Praze, tak jsem byl překvapený idylou prostředí. Karlín znám málo, ale rád jistě využiji i v budoucnosti.

Дуже приємне місце, куди хочеться повернутися. Все відповідає опису і навіть краще.Комфортно, затишно та без зайвих турб
Pros:

Дуже тихо та спокійно — вікна спалень виходять у затишний внутрішній дворик, де зовсім не чути шуму машин чи транспорту. Атмосфера ідеальна для відпочинку.

Усе дуже чисто й охайно. Заселення відбулося навіть раніше вказаного часу, що було приємним бонусом. Також є зручна можливість залишити речі у спеціально відведеному місці як до заселення, так і після виїзду — до 22:00.

Постільна білизна білосніжна та свіжа, ліжка дуже зручні, рушники чисті. На кухні є все необхідне для комфортного перебування.Є посудомийна машина,чайник,мікрохвильова піч,весь необхідний посуд,кавоварка,олія,чай,кава,цукор,фен,гладильна дошка.Брали номер з балконом,на який є вихід з обох кімнат.Якщо ще раз приїдемо то будемо бронювати лише тут.

Для компанії з 5 осіб місця більш ніж достатньо. Розташування чудове: всього 7 хвилин пішки до вокзалу Флоренц, а до центру міста можна дійти приблизно за 15 хвилин спокійним кроком.Поряд є супермаркет та багато пабів і кавʼярень.

Pros:

A quiet hotel in a calm part of the city, yet within walking distance of the metro, tram, and bus station. Albert and Billa supermarkets are located near the metro. A good plus is two hardware keys for the doors were provided.

Cons:

The advertised luggage storage was far from what was expected, and furthermore, the provided code didn't work. Unable to reach customer support on Saturday.

It would be nice to have paper napkins in the kitchen.

The shower stall was leaking a little - it would be good to fix this.

Super clean and complete apartment
Pros:

Super clean and modern. Strategic but quite location.

Cons:

There’s nothing i didn’t like about the property. But bear in mind to clear cut about the price of airport transfer which is i didn’t aware. I thought the price for 3 is CZ800 but the driver said its 1200. Because they charge the car seat for my toddler

Pros:

The apartment is clean and spacious, it is very close to the old town, walking distance. After initially entering the apartment with a code, you actually get 2 electronic keys to enter the building and the apartment.

Cons:

The equipment of the apartment is very basic, from the kitchen to the lighting (no indirect lighting), the bed is very hard and the bathroom noisy (from the other apartments you hear the water flushing) there is a seperation door to the hallway so that tones it down a bit.
The beds are hard.

Now to the real con of the apartment. On Booking it states that the price includes all taxes and charges!! On arrival they want you to pay a city tax though, in cash and they threaten that if you do not pay it will result on a penalty of the city of Prague in the future, sounds like denunciation to me.
The second is that they require an online check-in, where you have to send them copies of the passports of all guests and other sensitive information. If you do not fill these out they threaten you that they will not let you into the apartment, although they already took the money off my credit card (so we actually have a binding contract according to EU law). They do not offer an alternative and actually Booking.com states in between the messages on their platform, not to share any personal information like passport or ID numbers.
In the property info it states that there is a receptionist so this person could do the whole process upon arrival, just that there is nobody at the reception.
