Pros:

View was the best thing. Also room was satisfactory.

Cons:

My booking.com reservation wasn't seen by the staff in the beginning. At the end, they couldn't see my payment too. Need to improve their operational system.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The service was not professional, and the staff could have been much more attentive and welcoming. The room was not properly clean, the furniture looked old, and there was an unpleasant smell. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and the place felt quite overrated.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room and the hotel are very old and require a lot of maintenance and renovation. The TV is outdated, and the split AC unit is very noisy, does not cool properly, and needs servicing or replacement.

The cupboards are damaged, the walls need repainting, and the mattress is very old and extremely uncomfortable. The corridors and rooms do not have carpets, which makes the hotel very noisy. Noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms can easily be heard inside the room, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably.

The hotel is also located far from the station, which makes transportation inconvenient.

In addition, the breakfast selection did not include sufficient halal food options, which was disappointing and inconvenient.

Overall, the hotel requires significant maintenance, renovation, and improvement. The condition of the room, noise levels, uncomfortable mattress, outdated facilities, location, and limited halal breakfast options made the stay far from comfortable or satisfactory.

Pros:

Amazing views! Staff was friendly and helpful, location was further out from the tourist areas so it’s much quieter.

Cons:

Only few rooms on each floor and quite close to each other, you can hear loud doors closing and footsteps outside, not the best for early morning

Cons:

Hôtel 4 étoiles local. L’équipement vieillissant, mauvais insonorisation, le ménage limité. Difficile accès si on se déplace à pieds avec les enfants et personnes âgées

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre ville, il faudrait monter une grande pente pour y accéder.

The worst hotel that we have been...
Pros:

The worst hotel 3 stars that I unfortunately i have staying in.
The smell in the room, the noise until 23h, with children screaming in the hallway non stop, and then at 06h30 in the next morning, they start the screaming all over again!
What about the bathroom?
Everything are broken and dirty like the bathroom towels...
The pillows, you can use it 🤮
