Cons:

La zona dove è ubicata è veramente brutta, nella foto sembra un’oasi di pace in realtà c’è molto traffico e mal frequentata, in quanto di fronte alla stazione dei treni. Garage disponibile al piano -1 e -2 ma molto molto stretto se si ha una macchina larga , SUV o elettrica
