Horrível, assustador, intimidador.

Eu gostei somente do preço.

Cons:

Eu cheguei para passar cinco diárias e o atendente da noite não obedeceu o valor que estava no booking, ele quis cobrar mais caro. Foi colocado em um quarto com janela para a rua e não consegui dormir, por conta dos drogados na porta. Pedi que fosse mudado de quarto, e o atendente da noite n permitiu, disse que não faria, só de manhã. Então me pergunto qual é a serventia dele no atendimento? Fiz uma reclamação de manhã com outro atendente. E ele não me deu razão em nenhum momento.

Local perigoso, cheios de andarilhos drogados, local de pequenos furtos, porém bem policiado.
Acho que a Booking não deveria te-lo na sua lista de hotéis para para ofertalos aos clientes.
Fotos não condizem com a realidade, parte do imóvel da foto está abandonado e todo depredado.

Para quem busca custo-benefício (indico apenas para deixar bagagem e ir conhecer a cidade)
Pros:

É um espaço para deixar as malas e passar o dia fora... não recomendo de fato como hospedagem, uma vez que não fornece conforto para o hospede! Ao menos possui água quente para banho e um local para deixar as malas no check-out

A localização é péssima, em frente à antiga cracolandia, os moradores de rua, fazem barulho 24h e é possível ouvir dos quartos, todo o barulho, não dispões de ventilador para os dias quentes e nos dias frios a coberta não é suficiente. O café da manhã é apenas pão, manteiga e refresco, não tem nem sequer uma fruta ou uma fatia de frios para acompanhar. O colchão é fino, o travesseiro não é bem envelopado (piora a rinite), a cama é pequena, tendo eu 1,73cm, fiquei com os pés quase de fora
