Pros:

We stayed here with our two young children and they absolutely loved it. The hotel facilities are brilliant—they spent hours in the swimming pools, on the slides, and at the kids' clubs. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. The location is also fantastic, especially since it’s directly connected to Terminal 21, which made getting around so easy. We had a wonderful time!

Little piece of paradise. First time and it won't be the last.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly. We loved it in Pattaya, would definitely come back.
