Cons:

El servicio es pésimo, no dan instrucciones claras si uno no pregunta por el aseo de la habitación no lo hacen, no hay personal para controlar el comportamiento y las necesidades de los huéspedes, hubo escándalos en el hotel no pudimos dormir. Las habitaciones tenían un olor raro a humedad, se escucha descargar el baño de las habitaciones de arriba

El peor hotel.
Cons:

Es el peor hotel en el que he estado. Me hicieron pagar doble la reserva porque supuestamente no entró el pago. En la asistencia muy lentos para responder. Ni hablar de las habitaciones, se escucha todo lo que hablan los demás, no tenía ni papel higiénico y las toallas que me dieron, olían mal y tenían demasiadas manchas. Es el peor hotel de Medellín. Cero recomendado.
