No tienen personal nocturno ni atienden por teléfono para resolver dificultades
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, ordenas, limpias y bien ubicadas, pero no tienen personal que te atienda lo que a la hora de una dificultad se hace imposible resolver

Cons:

Me enviaron una contraseña incorrecta para la cerradura de la puerta, al no haber personal que atendiera y tampoco respondieran en las líneas telefónicas me fue imposible acceder a la habitación, al final me devolvieron el dinero

Las habitaciones tenían olor muy fuerte a humedad, los baños tenían mal olor y la conexión a wifi pésima y la seguridad al ingreso fatal.

Cons:

El dueño quitó la recepción y ahora es por auto check-in. Quitaron los aires acondicionados en todas las habitaciones. Las habitaciones se encontraban sucias e incluso tenían cucarachas
