Pros:

Nice and very clean room... I was a bit concerned about the hard mattress comments, but it was a surprisingly good sleeping experience...... The breakfast was good, and never too crowded... Convenience store in the building

Cons:

The building is close to the highway, so you might experience some noise on the lower floors... We were up on 13th, so zero noise and great views.

料理が美味しかった！

Cons:

２泊したのですが、２日目にバスタオル、タオルなどの交換はしてくれたが、ガウン？室内着？がそのままたたまれていて、できれば、片付けてほしかったです。

Pros:

Funcionários excelentes no atendimento, café da manhã variado, banheiro com chuveiro excelente, além da banheira profunda. A uma quadra de uma estação de metrô e a 10 minutos para a estação de trens (Shinkansen), trajeto plano. Amenidades variadas disponíveis. Uma Kombini bem ao lado do hotel.

Cons:

Como a maioria dos hotéis, espaço pequeno, ideal para malas pequenas ou médias, que podem ser guardadas embaixo da cama. Nos dias de limpeza básica (modelo ecológico de limpeza a cada 3 dias) quem limpava não fazia direito, só nos dias de limpeza completa. Tem escadas nos dois acessos, a de estação de metrô e trens, o que dificulta com as malas, não achamos elevador.

新幹線が止まり、困り果てて遠方から来てた為子供たちも疲れ果てそんな中リーズナブルに泊まれ無料の朝食もあり疲れ果てた心が癒されましたとても、素敵なスタッフさんやお部屋で近くにも美味しいたこ焼き屋さんがあり今度も泊まりたいと思いました

朝のチェックアウトでフロント？と言うのか待機出来るところでそちらでタクシーをお待ちくださいと言われたのですが10数名の海外の方がそこで講習？ような事をしていた為少し子供もいたこともあり気まずかったです洗濯をしに行った際も外国の方が洗濯機の中の物は自分の物だと言ったりスタッフさんが助けてくださったので良かったのですがもし不在だった時のことを考えると少し
