Perfect Base for Exploring Osaka and the Kansai Region
Pros:

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and always smiling. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and many attractions. The room was small, as expected in Japan, but it was more than sufficient for a comfortable stay after a full day of exploring. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very well organized. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the hotel corridors and elevators were not air-conditioned, which was noticeable during the hot summer weather. However, the lobby, restaurant and rooms were all well air-conditioned, so this did not significantly affect our stay.

Muy limpio y el personal super amable.

Cons:

Desayuno 100% Japonés y l no nos gustaba con lo cual hemos tenido que desayunar todos los dias fuera una inversión que se ha desaprovechado si lo llegamos a saber lo cogemos sin desayuno.

Endroit idéal pour visiter la ville.
Pros:

Le personnel est parfait, les chambres sont bien équipées, propre, l'établissement est bien situé proche des moyens de transport. C'est un bonheur d'être dans un hôtel de cette chaine hôtelière.

スタッフの丁寧な対応が非常に良かった。ホテルではゆっくりとリラックスでき、又利用させて頂こうと思います。

Cons:

枕が1個で寝にくかった。もう1個あると頭と首の高さ調整ができより良かったと思います。

El personal muy amable. Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro Higashimikuni. Al costado había un seven que tenía cajeros ATM.
El desayuno estaba incluido.
Las maletas las podías colocar debajo de la cama para que no obstruyeran.

Cons:

La regadera es un poco difícil la primera vez que la usas.
La cama y almohada eran un poco duras.

Nice and very clean room... I was a bit concerned about the hard mattress comments, but it was a surprisingly good sleeping experience...... The breakfast was good, and never too crowded... Convenience store in the building

The building is close to the highway, so you might experience some noise on the lower floors... We were up on 13th, so zero noise and great views.
