لا اوصي فيه للاسف الاداره اقل مستوى من فخامة البناء

في الوقت الحالي ماانصح فيه

الموقع ممتاز ، النزول لسوق واقف في خمس دقايق

انا والله مااحب اكتب تقييم سيي . بس في امور لازم تكون واضحة للي يفكر يسكن وفي نفس الوقت لادارة الفندق .
اول شي وصلت الفندق الساعه اربعه يعني بعد وقت دخول الغرفه فمنطقياً الغرفه تكون جاهزه . للاسف جهزت الغرفه حدود سته ونص بعد انتظار حدود ساعه في الريسبشن وساعه واكثر في شقه اصغر الى ماتجهز شقتنا .
اثنين : نظافة الشقه تعبانه جدا لوجود حشرات ( ذباب الفاكهة ) حتى باقي الايام التنظيف مو في المستوى المتوقع . مناشف مايحطون صابون ومناديل شوي .
ثلاثه : نظام التكييف مو مضبوط ، تحط درجة حرارة معينه ومستحيل التكييف يوصل للدرجه المطلوبه ياتكون الغرفه ابرد او ادفى .

بكل صدق اتمنى من ادارة الفندق النظر في هذي المشاكل وتحسينها

المكان قريب ومناسب جداً ونأمل الاهتمام بالسكن وتجديده

قربه من سوق واقف وباقي الاحياء

Cons:

مكان الشقه بالقسم الثاني حيث تذهب للمصعد للدور الاول وبعدها تذهب للمصعد الثاني ليصلك لموقع الشقه مما كان متعب مع الاولاد وكذلك الشقه بشكل عام غير نظيفه والاثاث قديم ومتهالك ودورات المياه غير نظيفه اما الموظفين لهم كامل الاحترام والتقدير

أفضل شئ بالنسبة للفندق هو موقعه المميز بالقرب من سوق واقف ومشيرب
What i mostly liked is the location being at walking distance from souq waqif and Mushaireb

Cons:

أسوء شئ كان عدم جاهزية الشقة للسكن بشكل ملائم، فأبواب خزائن الملابس لم تكن مريحة والأرضية في الشقة تحتاج الى تبديل كما لم يتوفر الماء الساخن في حمام غرفة الماستر وكان يستغرق 15 دقيقة حتى يتدفق بعض الماء الساخن القليل للاستحمام! وعاى الرغم من الشكوى لم يتم تصليح المشكلة وبشكل عام فمن وجهة نظري لايجب توفير هذه الشقة لاي زبون قبل صيانتها بشكل تام وتحديثها.
I have booked a two bedroom apartment. The closest in the rooms were old and not convenient. Also, tiles were old with some cracks. The worst thing was the shower in the bathroom with no hot water and hardly water dripping. Despite my request to fix it, nothing done. I believe being a 5 star hotel, such room shall not be offered to anyone and the hotel need to work on reinovating such rooms and well maintained them.
