L’arrivée était une catastrophe… nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée et j’avais prévenu l’hôtel via Booking qu’il nous faudrait un code pour le check-in pour pouvoir entrer dans l’hôtel , rien ne m’a été communiqué et j’ai dû appeler en urgence l’hôtel où une dame nous a expliquer comment entrer avec le numéro de code . Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c’est un peu limite…

La posizione, la pulizia , l'eleganza sobria e moderna degli ambienti.La stanza , che pure era direttamente sulla piazza " molto vivace "come vita notturna, era perfettamemente insonorizzata. Essendo proprio in centro e' vicino ai migliori ristoranti tutti raggiungibili a piedi.La signora della reception molto disponibile e sollecita nell'accoglierci e nel soddisfare le nostre richieste pur non essendo continuamente in struttura.

E' una gestione alberghiera nuova per me.Il fatto di non avere una reception mi aveva lasciato perplessa...ma come ho detto la signora e' stata gentilissima e " presente"

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro e raggiungere fermate di autobus e treno e i locali.
Stanza dotata di aria condizionata, tv e frigo bar, stanza ampia e letto comodo.
Staff gentile, colazione nella sua semplicità adeguata e sufficiente.

Cons:

Unico neo che posso segnalare è la mancanza all’interno della stanza ma soprattutto nel bagno di attaccapanni o ganci a muro per appoggiare gli asciugamani, anche nella doccia manca un porta saponi, la porta del bagno non resta a aperta se non per lo sgabello presente nel bagno.
Rifiniture sul soffitto che sono state lasciate senza ridipingerle e una luce rotta, luci in parte al letto che non funzionavano.
Sono solo piccoli dettagli che non disturbano il
Soggiorno, ma sono accorgimenti che per una struttura da 4 stelle bisognerebbe sistemare.
