This is a decent location if you want to see downtown Olbia
The staff did not inform us that check-in time was move from 15:00 to 17:00 and we spent around 70 minutes waiting outside trying to contact the staff using the phone numbers on the wall.
The biggest problem is the square just outside of the hotel where loud street music with heavy basses does not stop until very late in night, about 2am. It is impossible to fall asleep.
The room itself has seen its better days around 5 years ago. Our air conditioner kept shutting itself off and we have to turn it on again a couple of times during the night.
The entire breakfast was a small fruit salat and a choice of toast with an egg or small ham sandwich with an option to get a croissant.
We have had to abandon our stay after one night, not to ruin the entire vacation.
This is not a four star hotel. It should have a different rating not to confuse people into paying highly unjust price for this stay.

The location of this hotel is great. Directly in the centre of Olbia and if you like craft beer there is the perfect bar about 10 steps away.
We were contacted by WhatsApp the morning of check in and gave them our arrival time.
Were met there by member of staff allowing us to leave our luggage, she gave us our room key and let us know our room would be ready at 2pm.
Nice modern room but nothing very practical in there. More of an Ikea showroom than hotel room

There was some kind of sliding glass contraption that you had to keep moving to get to the kettle or wardrobe space that served absolutely no purpose and just got irritating.
There was glass between the bedroom and bathroom and although there were blinds fitted you could still see someone sitting on the toilet when you were lying in bed.
The futuristic sink had no plug so to have a shave you just had to leave the tap running.
No towel hooks anywhere to hang towels
The light switches were like something out of Star Trek you needed a manual to work out.
There was one chair in the room that just got in the way as the room wasn't big enough for it but it was too big for the balcony. Two small chairs on the balcony would be better.
Only one room key.
The hotel in not staffed and they have some kind of virtual concierge where you have to scan a barcode but that just loads a page in Italian that can't be translated so had no information on anything whilst in there.
The wi-fi is one of those that you have to put your email in and seemed hit and miss.
Upon check out, I was trying to ask via WhatsApp if I needed to leave the key card in the room or downstairs in reception area but just kept getting AI responses going round in circles so just left downstairs.
Breakfast was a bottle of water between 2 people, a small bottle of juice each and a biscuit thing.
Hotel is great for an overnight stay but not practical for stays of longer length.

We came after 20.00. Although we had very good online communication I missed the personal welcome once we arrived around 20.30. Everything works with codes.

L’arrivée était une catastrophe… nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée et j’avais prévenu l’hôtel via Booking qu’il nous faudrait un code pour le check-in pour pouvoir entrer dans l’hôtel , rien ne m’a été communiqué et j’ai dû appeler en urgence l’hôtel où une dame nous a expliquer comment entrer avec le numéro de code . Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c’est un peu limite…
