The staff was wonderful and attentive, always smiling and caring.

Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage

Cons:

The one tiny negative is that part of the flooring in our room was a bit creaky, but that's honestly the one minuscule "issue"

El trato fue muy cordial y servicial además la ubicación fue muy buena ya que el transporte se encontraba frente al hotel, tanto el metro como el trolebus y taxis. Ademas esta un parque muy bonito frente al hotel.

banheiro pequeno; itens de higiene da reserva se resume há um sabonete pequeno por pessoa; falta de manutenção no quarto (cômodo - fundo da primeira gaveta caia, última gaveta sem fundo, abri torneira do chuveiro e o chuveiro caiu na minha cabeça literalmente e hotel me cobrando 20 dólares por sua falta de manutenção - depois deste acidente com o chuveiro para último dia não foi colocado no banheiro toalha de rosto e só colocaram um sabonete e um shampoo líquido para 2 pessoas), criado mudo com gaveta torta); luz do banheiro piscando como se estivesse em curto; café da manhã na reserva era das 7h às 10h e aqui no hotel das 8h às 10h); falta de orientação no check-in - fui descobrir que havia ferro elétrico e secador de cabelos somente no último dia apesar de constar como item na reserva

El ruido es un inconveniente, ya que desde mi habitación se puede escuchar a los huéspedes en el pasillo y, en algunas ocasiones, también los ruidos provenientes de otras habitaciones.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y la ubicación es buena en general. No tan cerca del centro histórico pero si del metro y eso facilita las cosas.

En la página de booking dice que el desayuno inicia a las 7 am y en la realidad inicia a las 8 pasadas. Esto es muy importante. Xq al salir a tours en la mayoría no permite desayunar en el lugar y toca comer afuera el desayuno que no es la idea. También consulté si era posible que me dieran el desayuno para llevar como sucede en Perú pero me dijeron que no es posible

!SOLO INTERESA EL DINERO QUE PAGAS Y TE COBRAN DE MAS¡

No tuve la oportunidad de conocer el hotel.

Cons:

En mi caso realizaron doble cobro de mi tarjeta de credito de mi estadía y no se apersonaron del caso para atender y devolver los dineros descontados( Falta de Ética), sin sentido humano, no contestan las peticiones de los huéspedes, no lo recomendaría por ningún motivo, cobros no justificados.
