أعجبني المكان نضيف والناس العاملين فيه ودودين ومتعاونين وأسلوبهم وحوارهم طيب وكرماء عندما نطلب ماء يحضرون لنا مجموعه كبيره او عندما نطلب اي خدمات يحضرونها فورا لنا للغرف نظيفه ومريحه المكان فيه حميميه بوفيه الفطور جميل والحي الذي يقع فيه الفندق حيث توجد خدمات قريبه من مطاعم وكذا سوبر ماركت وايضا اطلالة الفندق كانت جميله على البحر الأسود ومقابل الفندق مطعم خفيف ذو إطلالات جميله على البحر الأسود . كل موضفين الفندق خلوقين والأخ شاهين كان متعاون جدا وراقي ومحترم ويرحب بنا ويساعدنا والاخت هلينيا مبتسمه دائما والأخوات ايضا لا اعرف اسمهم كلهم راقين وخلوقين معنا ومتعاونين .

Pros:

الشقق ممتازه جدا اخذنا شقة غرفتين وصالها مدمجة مع مطبخ وبلكونة مطلة على البحر.
الشقة تكفي لخمس اشخاص.
نظيفة جدا والاسرة مريحة ومتوفر فيها كل ماتحتاجه.
الموقع في الجبل بعيد عن الزحمة والازعاج وقريب منه الخدمات .
موظفي الفندق قمة في التعاون والاحترام.
الافطار محدود لكنه جيد.
قدمو لنا القهوة التركية والشوكولاتة مجانا.

The service was amazing.
Since the moment we checked in, the staff welcomed us very kindly and were very hospitable.
Ertan bey made sure we had all we needed and gave us some good recommendations for roaming around the city of Trabzon, eat and shop.
The breakfast was very nice, both quality and quantity wise and full of variations.
Special thanks to dear Aleyna and Nebat hanim for their kindness and hospitality and delicious cooking.
Definitely going to revisit.
This hotel is highly recommended.

Pros:

Wer eine entspannte Unterkunft abseits der hektischen Innenstadt sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Zimmer bot viel Platz und war tadellos sauber. Das gesamte Team war aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hat uns bei jedem Anliegen sofort weitergeholfen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen liess. Absolute Empfehlung!
