Una piccola OASI di pace a Luxor. Ottimo staff - davvero gentili e disponibili. Ottima cucina. Abbiamo chiesto un early check in alle 07.00 del mattino e ci hanno concesso l'utilizzo della camera tutta la giornata. ottimo servizio transfer per aeroporto e stazione. adatto a chi viaggia con bimbi. consiglio servizio mezza pensione. non è in centro, ma il giardino/piscina sono fantastici e anche il servizio transfer. semplice e pulito. ottimo e raccomandabile.
Staff gentile, accogliente, disponibile, sempre pronti e attenti al benessere dell'ospite. Struttura confortevole, provvista di tutti i confort, stanza grande e pulita. Super consigliato.

The staff were lovely and very helpful - I arrived with a bag full of washing and I had clean clothes the next morning.
The breakfast was huge and very tasty!
The pool was a welcome plus.
The quilt was very heavy - definitely not necessary in the summer; a top sheet would have been better.

I’ll start with the staff— wonderfully kind the entire time I was there! They were joyful and caring to make sure at all times that I was satisfied with my stay. The facilities were very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious! They helped arrange transportation for me numerous times. It’s located on the West Bank and if you want to get to the east it’s a short and cheap Tuk Tuk ride to the ferry port (also cheap). The water was hot and the room service daily was nice. It’s located right by the Nike and in a very peaceful neighborhood! If I’m able to return I will certainly stay again— thank you, Saeed and your staff!!

La ubicacion es lejos de todo , no hay nada cerca para visitar , ya que esta en el lado este ,del rio .Sin embargo es un excelente hotel , con un restaurante de maravillas y la piscina y vista al nilo muy linda .El personal es muy amable y los precios muy razonables . recomendado al 100%

The hotel is so beautiful , the room was clean, the good is delicious, and the staff is so kind and polite.
The Jewel Howard Carter Hotel was the perfect choice for our last 3 days in Egypt. It is comfortable, clean, and had great facilities, including a restaurant that features organic, freshly picked vegetables from their garden. But the staff are the heart of the place. Always willing to help, answer questions, share a smile, a laugh, and a story. Truly a jewel on the west bank of the Nile. West is best!

Le restaurant de l'hôtel, bien que cher, est très bon et le personnel très serviable.
Le lieu est un peu excentré et il faudra forcément un taxi pour rejoindre le ferry ou le centre ville. Cependant si vous avez prévu des excursions, c'est à proximité (en voiture) de la vallée des rois etc...
Même après signalement, nous avons eu quelques problèmes d'eau chaude
