Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht ohne Frühstück im Hotel verbracht.
Das Personal obwohl kein Englisch spricht, war sehr vorkommend, sogar eine Tour am floating Markt empfohlen.
Das Zimmer ist neu, war sauber.

Cons:

Klimaanlage sehr laut.
Liegt außerhalb der Stadt.

Nhân viên cần cải thiện
Pros:

Phòng nhìn xinh xắn, có ban công và cửa sổ to giúp phòng thoáng và sáng sủa hơn. Trong phòng có bàn và gương tiện trang điểm. Đồ dùng phòng tắm rất xịn luôn, có cả tăm bông; dầu gội sữa tắm cũng êm nữa.
Có thang máy.

Cons:

Phòng nhỏ quá nên máy lạnh sẽ thổi thẳng vào người lúc nằm ngủ, khá là khiến họng và mũi khô.
Nhân viên nam trực ở quầy lễ tân khá là không thân thiện.
Nhân viên trả lời mình trên booking giống như một robot vậy chứ không phải người. Mình hỏi tiếng Việt mà cứ copy paste những câu trả lời tiếng Anh theo mẫu.
Mình phải gọi số bàn để liên hệ lễ tân. Mà bạn lễ tân nữ phải đến cuộc gọi thứ 2 của mình mới bắt máy, và nói là nãy bạn bận dưới bếp. Mình thấy khách sạn thiếu chuyên nghiệp khi không có người trực điện thoại 24/7.
Bạn nam lễ tân trong suốt thời gian mình ở khách sạn cũng ok thôi chứ không hoàn toàn niềm nở.

AMAZING
Pros:

The Hotel is a new building, located in what seems to be also a new upper residential area, safe and quiet. A convenience store, Restaurant, Medical Clinic and a pharmacy are about two block away and the Floating Market about 10 minutes by Grab or Uber (US$ 4)
The room was very large, confortable bed, nice furniture, refrigerator, hot water kettle, TV with excellent signal and over 65 channels including HBO, cool A/C.
The bathroom also very large, modern decoration and hot water.
I stayed a week and my room was cleaned meticulously everyday
.The staff was always smiling and ready to help and it was my best experience I had in my many trips to Vietnam. You can enter the room and smell the fresh air. Highly recommended!!

Very comfortable
Pros:

A new hotel and very comfortable at a cheap price. Just 2 little quibbles. 1. If you design a new hotel why no plug sockets or light switches near the bed. 2.Out of their control but they were building another hotel next to this one and the bricklayers had got to the same level as my bedroom.
