I was expecting a good hotel since they have really good reviews but nothing like that! Completely disappointed

The first guy that received us was polite

the cleaning lady was kind of rude, I asked multiple times for extra towels that I have to said I don’t think they are extra I just asked for a towel for each person of my family they never gave them to us and the ones that were in the room where with holes, the breakfast I never understood why they didn’t tell us the full menu until we asked because we heard the next table, in one of the room the AC was making an annoying noise I also told them that, the shower didn’t have enough pressure we had to stayed in there for at least 10 minutes to start our shower, one of the room didn’t have the card to open the door so they gave us a key that was an actually nightmare, I had to asked the nice guy in the reception to help us to open the door,
