Frühstücksbuffet ist eher einfach, Zuweisung zum Frühstückstisch führt zu Wartezeiten, nach Aufnahme der Getränkebestellung für das Erstgetränk ist das Personal nur schwer zugänglich für weitere Wünsche, sie sind freundlich suchen aber offenbar keine Zusatzbestellungen

Comfortable bed
Despite booking through Booking.com, they didn't have our registration down correctly and caused confusion at check-in.
We ended up with an accessible room, not ideal as it had an adjoining door to the next room and the gentleman in there was very loud and had the TV on at a high volume at 6am on a Sunday.
We also had a wet room, so everywhere got soaked.
We had to request a dressing gown as only one was in the room, it never arrived so we had to ask again.
Had to request tea and milk for the room as none were left for us.
Food and drinks service at breakfast was very slow, I walked out in the end before my coffee came, the wait was in excess of 30-minutes.
Afternoon tea was fantastic and our server Olu was so accommodating and friendly highly suggest for anybody to come here.
Lovely historic hotel. Staff was very attentive. Robert was especially helpful with restaurant suggestions and transportation. Everyone is always friendly and smiling. The breakfast staff greeted us warmly each morning and was very accommodating.
We had the most amazing time! Lina was so helpful and kind to us, would highly recommend this place and the drinks at the Courtroom Bar!

Great hotel. Strange staircases but adds to the unique experience. The courtroom bar is a must for a night cap. Lina served us and was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!
Great server Lina at the Courtroom at the Dixon. We enjoyed wine and cheese with great atmosphere. Stayed 4 nights for our London vacation.
Dixon Hotel was lovely. This was our first visit to London. Shake Down Cafe was great and very convenient. The Court room Bar was excellent and Lina wonderful.
The hotel is historically beautiful and the team is very accommodating. The bartender, Lina, is very friendly and made a long day more enjoyable.
I enjoyed the delicious pasta here. Also thanks to Lina, it was comfortable.
