The hotel was in a great location for us, near Tower Bridge. It was near restaurants and the hop on, hop off bus stop. Hotel staff was very nice, esp Shilpi and Joy in the restaurant. We saw them every morning and they made our day. Shilpi knew our coffee / tea order and brought it to us without us asking. She had a huge smile every day. Robert was amazing at the front door. He helped with cabs, bags, directions, suggestions and anything else you needed. Loved him too.

The hotel was very nice. The room was small and we were traveling for almost 4 weeks so we had a lot of luggage. They brought us extra luggage racks but it was just so small. Bed was comfortable, AC was great, breakfast was a good assortment. Would stay there again.

Lina and the team at the Courtroom Bar always go above and beyond. They remember my room number and my drink and are always willing to make recommendations when I’m looking to try something new!

The Dixon is not only an incredible building with a fascinating history but a genuinely amazing dining experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and the food is out of this world, together with a superb cocktail menu. What made the whole experience extra special was the friendly, helpful and attentive staff, in particular Lina. I highly recommend The Dixon to anyone visiting near Tower Bridge area of London. I can’t wait to go back!

The hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our visit. We had a delicious three-course meal in the Courtroom Restaurant and everything was well presented. We'd especially like to mention our server, Lina, who was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. She made us feel very welcome and really added to the experience. We would definitely recommend the restaurant and look forward to visiting again.

We booked the Dixon last minute for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the location right near the bridge, and also by the fantastic service by Tamang! He went above and beyond to take care of my family and even got us into a more comfortable room! Thank you, Tamang for all you do!

During our stay in London, my husband and I stayed at The Dixon Tower Bridge. This place is gorgeous, the staff was wonderful, and we had an awesome experience.
The Dixon started as the Magistrate's Court for the area in 1905. It housed the courts, jail, and police station. As an Autograph Collection hotel, many things have been preserved - the keys for the jail cells are found next to the elevators; the area where the magistrate sat is preserved in the bar area, called the Courtroom; the Shakedown (Brewed Behind Bars), where breakfast and lunch are served, has a separate room called Criminals to Cocktails.
Our room was well appointed, had a good view, and was within walking distance, of the Butler's Wharf area, which had some good pubs, restaurants, and shopping, and also a good view of Tower Bridge and access to the river taxis on the Thames.
We were there for a week and most definitely stay there again if we travel to London.

Staying at hotel and popped in to the bar for a nightcap and Lina was an extremely attentive and wonderful host, the drinks were also great. Would recommend
