Needs better bed linen. Window/Door for Balcony opens into thin air. Exposed Hot Pipes in steam room and Mould on roof. WiFi was poor

Cons:

Room cleanliness: The room was very dirty upon arrival, and the cleaning service was extremely poor. It did not feel properly cleaned or maintained.
Noise and windows: The windows in the room could not be properly locked. The hotel is located directly above a tram line and next to a rooftop venue, which made the room extremely noisy, especially at night. It was very difficult to rest or sleep properly.
Breakfast and hygiene: The breakfast buffet was very limited, with very few options. The breakfast area had an unpleasant smell and was visibly dirty. What was particularly concerning was seeing staff washing cutlery in front of guests using only water, without any soap or proper cleaning process, and then placing the same cutlery back for guests to use. This raised serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards.

I didn't had a breakfast

Cons:

They didn't tell me that it has two buildings, once I arrived first they told me one room will be in one building and the other room will be in the other, but fortunately they arranged both rooms in the same building

Le petit dejeuner aucun jus d’orznge ou boisson chaude sauf expresso.. le petit dejeuner est mediocre et l’hygiene… la chambre avait ete prit par une personne fumant juste av, poubelle non vide, decheterie devant la fenetre.. pitoyable !
Manque de mobilier dans la chambre même pas de chaise.

На фотографии и в описании отель за одним адресом , приходишь на место, на рецепцию и тебя ставят перед фактом, что отель находится рядом, на соседней улице ещё один, но не за тем адресом , который указан в объявлении.

Cons:

Не убирали в номере ни разу за 4 дня, мусор даже не выкинули.

Бассейн очень грязный был, перила сломаны для спуска в бассейн. В номере не было даже воды элементарно. Чайник весь с прогоревшим дном.

Pros:

Крайне разочарована отношением руководства
К сожалению, отель оставил крайне негативное впечатление. Особенно разочаровало отношение руководства к клиентам и отсутствие желания идти навстречу даже в ситуациях, где можно было бы найти компромисс.

Cons:

Очень жаль, поскольку у отеля хорошее расположение и большой потенциал. Но сервис — это не только красивый отель, но и отношение к людям. Именно этого, к сожалению, мне и не хватило.

Overall thoroughly enjoyed it, mostly because we stayed out but hotel was great

This hotel was not a 4 star hotel and if I come back to Istanbul, I wouldn't come back to this stay.
Pros:

The location of the property was very good, close to the riverside and numerous transport stations to easily cross the city.

Cons:

We changed room two times because we kept complaining a lot of things were dirty and broken. We even had one morning in our second room no water. Our third room, which was our last, was more spacious and had a nicer view but it still felt old, not very modern and bad shower and toilet. The swimming pool was quite cold and could only stay in the pool area for a maximum of 45mins.
