Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée donnait sur un mur, ce qui était un peu décevant. J’en ai parlé à la réception, et le personnel a immédiatement pris en compte ma demande.

À ma grande surprise, ils nous ont proposé une chambre triple, beaucoup plus spacieuse que celle que nous avions réservée, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville. Ce geste a vraiment changé notre expérience.

Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le personnel a toujours été accueillant et prêt à aider à tout moment. C’est un établissement qui se soucie réellement du confort de ses clients.

Merci encore pour votre accueil. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour.

الازعاج تحت ماخلانا ننام والغرف ضيقة جدا ومالقيت اول ما وصلت حجزي وحطوني في غرفة بعدين نقلوني والغوا لي حجز بوكينق واعطوني من عندهم بسعر افضل وتوصيل الى المطار ومافي لوبي ولا امن وتحتك البارات وازعاجها لا ينفع للعوايل

Der spar war okayy

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine grosse Enttäuschung und wir würden es definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die gesamte Ausstattung war extrem veraltet und machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Im Badezimmer haben wir sogar eine Kakerlake gefunden. Zudem war die Toilette bei unserer Ankunft stark verschmutzt und das Zimmer allgemein alles andere als sauber. Als wäre das nicht genug, fiel auch noch ein Teil der Decke herunter, was für uns absolut inakzeptabel war.

Aufgrund der vielen Mängel wollten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Zunächst wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar sei. Nach längerer Diskussion wurde dann doch plötzlich ein freies Zimmer gefunden. Leider war dieses kaum besser. Dort fehlte der Türgriff an der Toilettentür und die Tür war offensichtlich zu klein für den Rahmen, sodass sie nicht richtig schloss.

Ein weiteres grosses Problem war die extreme Hellhörigkeit. Man hörte wirklich alles – Gespräche, Türen und Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Im zweiten Zimmer gab es zudem keinen Vorhang, sodass das Licht von draussen die ganze Nacht störte.

Das Personal wirkte leider wenig freundlich und wenig bemüht, eine zufriedenstellende Lösung für die Probleme zu finden. Das Essen war höchstens durchschnittlich und konnte die vielen negativen Erfahrungen keineswegs ausgleichen.

Der einzige Punkt, der einigermassen akzeptabel war, war der Poolbereich, aber auch dieser war lediglich in Ordnung und keineswegs besonders.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schrecklich und entsprach in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Location was great 👍

Cons:

Room not up to cleanliness standards of a hotel. Had the clean sign activated yet on multiple occasions nothing was done. Lady attended and asked to which we said towels and toilet paper. Room only mopped once in 5 days. No sheet changes even with the light illuminated. Guests shouldn't have to request things. Beds were soft and mattresses could do with a decent vacuum to remove other people's hair etc. New pillows are needed as they are well worn. Breakfast was very ordinary and a huge step back from previous visit.
