Apparemment spacieux, hôtel bien situé.
Pros:

Peu ou pas d’options pour une personne cœliaque (aliments sans gluten).

Cons:

Vaisselle et ustensiles insuffisants dans l’appartement. Une poêle antiadhésive serait très utile aussi.

Pros:

Lo staff e come ha gestito le nostre richieste, i vari servizi dell'hotel (piscina,palestra,laundry), la colazione (anche se chiude troppo presto), la camera e la pulizia

Cons:

Arrivare in camera con il divano letto da fare (ma prontamente risolto dallo staff), la colazione che chiude alle 9.30 (il check out è alle 12 quindi consiglierei almeno alle 10.30)

Pros:

We chose this hotel for the conveniences and comfort for a multi generational trip. It exceeded our expectations. The hotel is lovely and very clean which is really important to us. We used the gym but the pool will be on our next visit. We liked the location for our plans but also for touring the city - excellent. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast was very good and included which is always a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. It made the big trip much easier. Thank you to the great front desk staff!

Cons:

While breakfast was very good, it got very crowded and, honestly, people are just rude. That’s not a reflection on the hotel, but a suggestion may be to place your buffet in a more open space and linear fashion to help streamline the process. It may assist those who forget their manners how to wait their turn.

La posizione è molto buona, a 10 minuti a piedi dal parlamento. A pochi passi c'è un supermercato

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una suite per 4 persone ma i letti fatti erano solo per 2 e gli asciugamani per 3 persone. L'acqua della piscina è appena tiepida e posta al secondo piano che è in ristrutturazione. Nei corridoi c'è aria condizionata a zero gradi.

Très bon séjour. Moi et ma famille avons adoré. Se sera notre hôtel de référence lorsqu’on sera à Ottawa
Pros:

Bien situé au centre-ville, le personnel au petit soin, le petit déjeuner bien fourni et le service est bien organisé on n’a pas besoin de se bousculer
