Pros:

L’appartamento è meraviglioso. Posizione eccellente servita da tutto e qualsiasi attrazione e’ raggiungibile a piedi

Cons:

In booking va evidenziato che bisogna lasciare anche una cauzione di €300. E’ ben giustificata considerato l’alto livello della struttura , però è giusto metterlo ben in evidenza.

Breakfast was excellent
Pros:

Delightful hotel stay. Room was very clean and modern. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The free breakfast really was excellent.

Poor breakfast, very busy hotel with huge tour groups
Pros:

Breakfast was average with limited choices. Lots of bagels and breads (all carbs), but they ran out of croissants on Saturday morning. I couldn’t find anything I liked. The walnuts in the cereal section had gone rancid. The waffle was good, but the stations making them were so messy, filled with spill-over, it was a turn-off. Coffee was terrible, and instead of mugs, they gave you tiny cups without saucers. We were there from Saturday to Monday. Saturday and Sunday were chaotic. People had to queue up for the complimentary breakfast, which was not worth the wait.

This hotel is not within walking distance of the Commissioners Park, where the Tulip Festival is. UberX fares cost about $8 -$10. Tim Horton's is about a 5-minute walk, and Food Basics is across the street. There is a Baton Rouge restaurant about an 8-minute walk away. Chinatown is about a 12 – 14-minute walk.

The pool is a good size, but we didn't try it. The fitness centre is adequate.

We stayed in a spacious suite with a kitchen equipped with a full-size fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. The shower curtain doesn’t stay closed. So, water leaks out. However, it is nice that the vanity is outside of the toilet and bathtub/shower area, which is convenient. I prefer a shower stall with a door. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are not. Fortunately, we brought our own.

The HVAC unit is very noisy and is situated right by the bed. The air blew on my husband's head, making him very uncomfortable. Parking costs $25 per day. There are no streaming or movie channels like HBO. Also, no SportsNet. No valet. No one greeted any guests on arrival.

Overall, this is a minimalist hotel. You got the basics, but nothing else. Receptionists are friendly, but the breakfast area is not adequately staffed. Guests had to clear their own tables. The girl attending the coffee station was unhappy and inattentive. She let the coffee run out and did nothing until she was asked. I wouldn’t return.
