Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Not terrible, but everything below expectations
Pros:

Easy check in
Warm & powerful shower
Room size was good

Cons:

Where to start.... Uncomfy bed and only big pillows (maybe good for some, but not for me I prefer thinner pillows and usually hotels provide one of each..)

The room had no cupboards or shelves or drawers
The TV didn't work
The gym was tiny
Breakfast was rubbish and cold
Very noisy outside (especially for a Monday/Tuesday)

Never staying here again, definitely NOT a 4 star hotel
