Housekeeping let the hotel down
Left shower gel out for them to re fill they just put it back on wall empty was empty also on arrival
Soiled towels in room and hit and miss for them to clean room when you were out for the day
Reception staff very helpful on this occasion
Also found because we were there for 5 days the toilet needed bleach or a cleanning agent never happened
Staff were really helpful and polite. Location was great for city centre and beyond. late checkout at 12 was a bonus and breakfast was superb. Spar was right behind hotel. No noise during the night. Plenty hot water. Photo booth, pool table, space invaders or pac man machine all downstairs. Bright and friendly hotel.

Hotel was nice and modern with friendly staff. Bright decor.
Room was big enough for an overnight stay and suited us well. Shower pressure and flow wasn't the best though.
Welcome drinks and free breakfast wasn;ty expected but was really great ti get that & much appreciated. Staff were very good and helpful.
Carpark was really close by (Duke Street) and only costs £6 for an overnight stay, which is good for Glasgow.
Although you don't realise at first, the hotel is in easy walking distance of Glasgow centre.
Really only the flow (!). The flow was poor, but it was manageable TBH.
Bar prices are expensive, but that seems to be the norm in Glasgow hotels these days. There are plenty of pubs nearby.
